well done all you losers:T:T:T
just thought id pop in and let you all know that muller lite are 5 for £1 in asda:Dweight loss -5 1/2lbs, -2lbs, -2lbs, -3lbs, -1lb, -2lb0 -
My downfall is when I'm at home when I get in from work. I can be really good during the day, I eat healthy all day at work and most of the time manage just on free foods and my healthy a's and b's ... and then I get in from work and I'm starving hungry and spoil my good day at work by eating biscuits from the tin, a pack (or two of crisps), chunks of cheese, anything I can snack on while I am waiting for tea to cook or waiting for my boyfriend to come round and have tea with me.
I wonder if any of you fellow slimming world members out there can give me some good tips to snack on when I get in from work, or ways to take my mind off naughty food when I'm at home, to stick to my plan. I'm really beginning to think I've got a problem with it. I know it's bad for me, and I know I'll be depressed about it when I've eaten it, but I just do it anyway.
Hi there
When I achieved the most and realy stuck to the plan I had plenty of
HM cous cous salad ( cous cous, roasted in frylite veg)
A cooked chicken
A HM roasted gammon ham,
Load of fruit
cottage cheese
the old muller & fruit option
try to save the alpen light bars too as they are a nice sweet treat espec the choc fudge ones!
I too try hard not to have this junky stuff in the house it is my downfall, certainly has been today and yesterday, I dont know why I buy it. Although back to asda tomorrow for more muller and the alpen lights and I know Ill think "ill get a bag of frenchfries only 5 syns" but its not if I eat more than one packet  is it! Not very moneysaving but if i buy the seperate packs from the shop then i can control it. Esp as its 50p a bag, or I can get 10 bags for a pound or so. Tis annoying!
If I dont have it in, then I have to seriously consider going to the shop for it, then I dont bother, as I cant be bothered to go- it gives me thinking time "do I really want to do this" Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -

Piccie shamelessly nicked from the Morrisons site.
• 150g couscous
• 200ml hot vegetable stock
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1 bunch spring onions
• 100g Cheddar cheese
• 4 tbsp sunflower oil (I'm going to try using a spray oil)
1. Place the couscous in a bowl and pour over the hot stock. Cover with cling film and leave to stand for 15 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, finely shred the spring onions and grate the cheese.
3. Fluff up the grains of the couscous with a fork. Mix in the onions and cheese, together with the eggs. Shape into 8 cakes.
4. Heat 2 tbsp of the sunflower oil (or your spray oil) in a non-stick frying pan and cook 4 cakes for 2-3 minutes per side. Place on kitchen paper, then heat the rest of the oil and cook the second batch.
I reckon, over 4 people that makes 25g of cheese so you could have these as a HExA option. They are so yummy and don't have the texture of couscous at all once made up
Can't take the credit for this so Big Thanks to Carmen :T
I don't make mine with cheese cos I'm tight with my HA :rotfl:but I do add different stuff like, mushrooms, red onions, chillies etc basically anything you like just add to mix and cook. Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Takeiteazy, I passed your/Carmen's recipe onto our consultant and she made some up and brought it into class today; it tasted better than the one I made!
