how sad are you girl? there is no need to be,the journey starts with the first step, well done,am i sounding a bit " american help group" how about, hiya i am susan, its been 3 weeks since my last mars bar?" < i hope you are all clapping enthusiastically>
i married a man that likes skinny women, when he kept oogling bloody anorexic thingy ehrm Eva Longoria i had to do summert,so i got my size 16 !!!! (but i have great tits) down to Slimming World meeting and now a size 12 (if its a genourous cut) so you can do it too and we're here to hold your hand,at least it will hinder your mars bar opening, and the wrapper tastes awful!
It's funny, I hadn't realised how unhappy I was until I read this post and the one from the previous poster saying how sad I sounded and they nearly made me cry. I'm generally a really positive person so normally put on brave face and am so busy that I normally don't really think about my weight too much but when I wrote my first piece it really came from the heart so I suppose it really did capture all the sadness I have mostly about the fact that I once lost so much and then put it all back on again. I'm feeling really positive now, had a good first day and know that psychologically I just need to have a really good first week and I'll feel at least in control of something that was spiralling out of control before. THank you for everyone's lovely posts though, this is going to be a great distraction from the chocolate!!!Make £2012 in 2012 member #88

No grill up for me tomorrowI can have ainsley couscous (AGAIN!!)
HELP!!!! Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -

You are truly very welcome- in every sense of the word
Im sure weve all been there. Even if you have a wobbly few days at the start ( I did) the support you get here is unreal. I cant afford groups at the mo but my sis is a SW consultant so she gives me lots of advice as well.
Dont know if it will be a distraction from chocolate, someone alwatys seems to be talking about it in some form! Its good though as I always find out about the other low syn things that others buy/make that I wouldn't have thought of. :A:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? I guess I could always spare 5 syns for a chicken in oyster sauce and boiled rice from the chinese but I am skint at the moment and I dont think spending money wildly is going to help. Boooooooat being broke
Can you make pasta and sauce with boiling water?
(clutches at straws)
