On EE, do you HAVE to have something from original & green and 1/3rd of SF foods for lunch as well as dinner? For lunch im used to having egg & toast or something similar but ive had 2 salads today and its too much (im not a huge veggie person but make sure i have 5 pieces of fruit a day)

Well I only put on 2lb which was pretty good as I had 5 bad days and 2 good.
I am back on track. I even got my bike out and biked to class took 15 min's and most of it up hill (my husband would not call them hills because East Anglia is flat) but to me they were hills. I haven't been on my bike for a year and I felt great afterwards.
    So far today I've had
Breakfast: Peach I dont like to eat before WI
Snack: pk of sea food sticks, 2 yoghurts, banana
Lunch: omelent 3 eggs bacon mushrooms and tomatoes 1 tlb tomato sauce 1 Syn 42g low fat cheese HA
Tea: Bolognase with beans, carrots and potatoes HB 1 Syn for the tomato puree in the bolognas. 2 slices of bread HB

So I have HA left and 13 syns and I am stuffed normally on a red day I'm always hungry not today.

    Hi to the newbies x

Well done! There are so many positive thoughts around at the moment we all seem to be getting into 'the zone'. Don't you just love it when a plan comes together!:D

I don't think you HAVE to but if you don't wouldn't you be better off having either a green day or red day?

I have to admit I've been sticking mainly to red and green days, I'm old school and I kinda think if it aint broke I won't fixit! Red and green work for me, EE is something I'll give a whirl someday when I feel the need to try something new, I've heard mixed reviews some say it's amazing others say their weightloss isn't as good. I guess it's the old story of what suits one person doesn't suit another. One size definitely does not fit all.

    Hi everyone,

I would like to join in (again) please.

I went to group last spring and lost two stone in two months, mostly on red days and a lot of exercise, which got me down to a happy size 10. Circumstances changed and I can't go to group anymore or run easily so I have slowly slipped. I got my summer clothes (as bought last summer) out of storage the other day and I can't quite fit in them :o.

I want to lose 17lbs. I can't afford new clothes and I got rid of all my bigger stuff last year so that I couldn't slip.

I know what I need to do, but I need to get some motivation back together to actually do it.

I have been ill this week so some very poor eating going on which should at least kick start stuff but tomorrow (stomach permitting) I want to go back on plan. DH has committed to trying to join in which should help.

That was a smart thing to do, if id done that instead of packing them away i wouldnt have slipped so far, this time when i slim out of something im going to get rid of it!!!

Why dont you choose your favourite outfit and put it where you will see it everytime you open the wardrobe? it might give you a bit of motivation :) (it would work better in the fridge admitidly but it would ruin the outfit:rotfl:)
