OOOh lovely
Have changed the evening meal plan tonight, Im going to blow out as Ive not had any syns yet today and Im going to have a small Homemade pizza
With cous cous coleslaw and salad and sweet potao wedges to redeem self slightlyIve no idea how to work out the syn value but it will have loads of free veg on it and a bit of chicken and a tiny amount of reduced fat mozerella as I dont really like cheese
Any ideas?
Too late for tonight maybe for future... if you use Tesco Crusty Wholemeal Bread Mix as the base this can be counted as HEB.
Take 75g of your wholemeal bread mix, save approximately 5g for dusting and add approx 60-70ml of water til you form a dough. Knead according to instructions. This, when cooked, will make a base of approximately 115g in weight, which is 2HEbs.
When the dough has risen/rested for the required time, flatten. Use spare mix to ensure your base doesn’t stick to the breadboard or chopping board.
Then add your tomato sauce and toppings according to whatever day you are on.
If you only have 1 HEB then add 6 syns for the base. I halve the mix when I am on EE so have a smaller pizza. I use my HEA for the cheese and have a massive salad on the side.

Well I only put on 2lb which was pretty good as I had 5 bad days and 2 good.
I am back on track. I even got my bike out and biked to class took 15 min's and most of it up hill (my husband would not call them hills because East Anglia is flat) but to me they were hills. I haven't been on my bike for a year and I felt great afterwards.
So far today I've had
Breakfast: Peach I dont like to eat before WI
Snack: pk of sea food sticks, 2 yoghurts, banana
Lunch: omelent 3 eggs bacon mushrooms and tomatoes 1 tlb tomato sauce 1 Syn 42g low fat cheese HA
Tea: Bolognase with beans, carrots and potatoes HB 1 Syn for the tomato puree in the bolognas. 2 slices of bread HB
So I have HA left and 13 syns and I am stuffed normally on a red day I'm always hungry not today.
