    Does anyone know the syn value of Tesco mushroom couscous please, it is 110g (although i only ate half cos it was horrid)

    im giving the EE a go but its confusing me (doesnt take much) so if i put todays food plan could you advise please

    Breakfast - Banana & yougurt
    lunch - mushroom couscous, seafood sticks, mushrooms, carrots & tomatoes
    dinner - jacket potato, prawns & salad
    HE a - undecided
    HE b 2 ryvita light bars
    snacks - home made cheesecake (3) flake (6.5) lighter than light mayo (1)

    Does this look like what i should be having?

    did you use cheese in your cheese cake,or am i being stupid and does everyone use cheese in their cheese cake? is the clue in the title? i would HEA the ehrm cheese in your ehrm cheese cake? maybe? i'll get me coat.......:D

    the cous cous is 1/2 syn per pack
    your meals look pretty ok to me :j I usually try to get some berry type things in with my yog in the morning it just gets more superfree in.....plus you can also get them frozen pretty cheap and just take out what you want the night before

    I don't think you can buy it ready made in the UK like here as the Poles love the stuff...but it should be easy to make... plain quark, crush some garlic (to your taste), spinkle a tiny bit of herbs so not too over powering.. mix it all up and let sit in the fridge for the flavours to mingle. A bit like making garlic butter for garlic bread but just using quark instead of scrummy full fat butter.

    I used Quark mixed together with 1/2 a mueller light vanilla yougurt, i think thats all free isnt it?

    normally i have weetabix for breakfast but for some reason since the kids broke up for summer i just cant be bothered, im only having the yogurt and banana cos i know i have to have something:cool:
