You lot have been busy in my absence so here goes my thoughts
Lynz you have to be sherlock flippin holmes sometimes on the SW site  theyre not listed under fresh cream cakes (with the rest of them!), you have to put chocolate eclair in.....and up they pop, I do come in useful sometimes
Nunninge welcome to the madhouse.....My motivation for losing some weight is plane/holiday related were going away at Xmas and I realllly dont want charging excess baggage for the size of my bum & belly this time:mad: and Im real worried that when Im paddling in the sea someone might call out Greenpeace to tow me back to deeper water
Screamer you can still have choccy and treats on this plan using ur syn allowance;)....but its a good idea to go to the pound shop & invest in a fly swat for the fairies that seem to creep in and throw syn laden things at you when your not expecting itI TRY (most times I do succeed, except on *week to wait til the evening when I have a kit kat and some toffee popcorn or something with a cuppa (normally end up using about 12 syns a day alltogether including in cooking) so I dont feel Im missing out too badly......but other times Im just a

If anyone is interested.... 1 spring onion finely sliced. 2 or 3 tbsp flavoured quark, same 0% yoghurt, salt & pepper and mix and leave for the flavours all to mix up. I added chopped up baby gerkins to mine too as I like them. Add cooled boiled tatas for a lovely free potato salad.
sounds pretty scrummy Il def give that a go.....thanks0 -
Hi All, I'm so angry today!! I was unexpectedly unable to make group last night due to a personal emergency and tried calling/texting the consultant and she's disconnected or changed her number so i can't find out whther i have to still pay for this week, i don't know the password for the week or anything. So annoyed. What's the point of having these consultants if they don't have any contact details. So i'm expecting this week to be a bust as i rely heavily on my food diary to help me control what i eat as i'm not completely understadnding of it all yet and tend to unintentionally sneak syns in.
It doesn't help i'm having a very stressful week anyway so just want to eat!!
On the up side i have lost according to my own scales, only a lb but it's still a lb!Debt to clear: feels endless...
Weight loss to go: 42lb/13.5lb
Maybe someday i'll be skinny, organised and debt free..

You could get in touch with head office....your details would be registered as a member so they should have your consultants details. Most unhelpful of her though eh  I would also argue that you should not have to pay as you followed the guidelines in trying to get in touch but if she has changed number and not passed this on-then you cant be held responsible
Thanks, i think i will be saying that next week to her, really did upset me though as it has thrown off my week ahead!Debt to clear: feels endless...

sack her!! is she the only consultant in the area????? i sacked mine,i said to her that i need encouragement and if she couldnt provide support then what was the point in paying £5 per week!!! i wasnt going to call her every 5 minutes but i do expect a mid week call/text/email just saying "how you getting on fatso?" but i got none of that,so she was binned! i found my 'old' consultant but money is SO tight i can't rejoin yet,but i fully intend to! as soon as those Mc D wages land i shall be stepping on those scales!!0 -
