Marriage/Relationships are based on trust and her actions have proved that she can not be trusted, but has betrayed you. This is not the first time it has happened, so she can not play that card.
She obviously has some deep rooted issues that she needs to deal with, but until she is willing to discuss these and sort them out, she will continue in this behaviour...whether it be a few months or a few years...it will probably happen again!
My sister went through this a few years ago with her husband and she time and again forgave him-he racked up 25k of debt on nothing. It turned out that although he appeared to have everything, he was very unhappy in his life. 2 kids, no freedom...felt tied down etc etc..he had also put on alot of weight (4 stone) in 3 years and this was another reason. He had also applied for a loan in joint names and signed her signature-this was illegal and after seeking legal advice she decided not to pursue this as he would have got into too much trouble. They re-morgaged twice, until she realised that enough was enough and she had to put her kids first and their happiness. The trust issue was the main reason she kicked him out and got to the point where she believed nothing he said.
Im not saying to kick her out or anything, but you need to consider the reason why she keeps doing this and hurting you.
I hope you sort it out, for your childrens sake.
Good Luck.
