Back from holiday and pleased to report a loss of 2.2lbs which I am really happy about. It is so hard to be 'on track' on holiday (for me) as I was so much less in control of my daily intake. I also find that my resolve weakens by about day 5 on holiday so it's a good job I was only gone for 5 days! Last year I went to Montreal for 9 days and by day 6 my healthy eating failed me and it was downhill thereafter!
Anyhow, onwards....0 -

it was a !!!!ing shock thou when we found it, was like being kicked in the nadgers for 4 hours straight, still cant get over it ...
I think you should see it as a positive rather than a negative - just look at what you have achieved - amazing!!!!!!! Well done you.
btw You leave us hanging about your weekly weigh in result, but just tell us if you are happy about it or not, then you post the actual number a bit later - why is that???0 -

I agree with efrieze - it shows wonderful progress that you are already looking a lot better than that bloke in the pic (he's not you now!) you are doing so well. :T
well done on your loss and sticking to healthy eating on holiday efrieze!:T
you're all such inspiration. can't wait to get back on track with my plan. in the meaintime, i think scrubbing the floor and hauling boxes around counts as cardio :rotfl:Betty B: The Eternal Procrastinator....

Eric: I cant wait to see the after pic. Its going to be immense!
Beanie: Ita actually really weird, still the same but just not the same either. Im sucking and seeing at the mo.
BB: Sounds like you have a lovely birthday! Im feeling quite excited actually. To have a bit more freedom to do what i want without some devil woman giving me the wicked eye that speaks more than any words can. Im also going to enjoy a bit of alone time..and going on dates (matt and i have only ever been on one) Plus i'll be at "home" again, and i havent felt like anywhere has been home since i left home a few years ago. Of course it may not end up being as great as i think it might, but anywhere is better than living here.0 -
The lady knows me at subway and I don't even have to ask her it is always wholemeal bread, turkey, no cheese, all the salad apart from black olives and sweetcorn and no sauces, love it:D but thanks eric never knew you could ask for the stodgy bit to be taken out of the bread will ask tomorrow see what she says:D it all adds up to 221 cals.

im back from Donegal had a ball - weather was fantastic. Got some great walks in over the fields from the campsite and folllowed a river to its estuary.
I relaxed the diet - several pints of guinness and some of my mums coffee cake consumed - well it was my hols. But the walks and a couple of runs on the beach managed to come back with 1 lb off this week. Very happy with that.0 -
Surprise Surprise! She got more steroid creams. And to go back in 3 weeks. Here we got with the vicious circle again. The creams help for 2 weeks then stop working. Then we start again with another cream, and again for 2 weeks.
We don't know why, but there's something in fake tan that seems to calm things down a lot. She mentioned this to dermatologist, who laughed saying there was nothing in it to help, but it does  Only for a week or two, then has to start again. She got discharged from derma about 2 years ago after the tar treatment had cleared it up for a few months. Now it's bad again, asked to be referred back to derma, only to be told "Let's try this first!" Which was steroids that she's already used before.
Well she's sat here with her hair bleach on (which burns it off her scalp) and her fake tan on. So hopefully she'll get a couple of days relief4 Stones and 0 pounds or 25.4kg lighter :j0
