Hi everyone, sorry for not posting much. I'm struggling a bit with flu and feeling very down about being out of work. Not big issues in the scheme of things, but really getting to me right now. I haven't weighed in this week as I'm just feeling too ill.

Well done to all the wonderful losers, and (((hugs))) to everyone who needs them. Jay xxx

This isn't for the chart as it would skew my attempt at September's 5lb challenge but over the three weeks I had off work I managed to lose 4.5lb. Really pleased with that and determined to keep it up would love to be in the 10 stone range again altho I don't think I'll ever reach the healthy BMI target I set myself (although I won't give up).

FRED Is there anyway you could add (or probably more accurately remove) the 4.5lb to/from my total lost column. Don't worry if not.
  • Hi everyone, haven't posted on here in a while but I have been lurking and keeping tabs on you all.

My personal weight-loss journey is on hold for the time being, I am in a very weird place in my head ATM and can't get to grips with it. It will come back to me, just not sure when or how yet but I will work on it for sure.

Just wanted to say Hi and well done to you all, no matter what is happening. I'm so happy to see all the losses and welcome all the newbies, and I'm especially proud of the eric-meister :T

    Keep on trucking folks!!:)

  • Hi, I am new to this forum. I have struggled with my weight most of my adult life. I have a 6 year old and am trying for another one before I get to old! I have managed to lose 15lbs since June but I am struggling with my diet now, with another 28 lbs to go. My OH is supportive but would love another source of support :)
