Big welcome back to you JayII and better luck this time!
There's loads of support on this thread, good advice, some great handy hints (but of course some not so great handy hints too) ! And here's one of them, just for you...
"Thread a piece of string through everything you own. Hey presto! Whenever you need to find something, just follow the string."
    :)

I've weighed in today and can report a 5lb loss this week, that's equal to 1.2% of bodyweight, so fair enough for a period of time that included "cakegate" !

Improvments planned for next week: increase dog walking from 2.25miles per day to 4.5miles per day and make sure at least half of that are on the hilly routes.

  • really pleased for you puddings: you true victory is, once cakegate was over, you got back to plan:T:T.
Sorry not replying to many peeps - I'm still very poorly. Don't feel up to responding much but still reading.
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once

30 seconds to mars are also a good band i like. But then from that i also love love tinie tempah who sounds like this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QzvGKas5RsU

but then i adore wham, and classical music. oooh and i cant leave out blink 182 either. ohh or jason derulo!!

I bought loads in primark today! Three hand bags, a bra, a pair of trousers, a nightie, hair ties and a top and bottom thing for £39. Well good.

Ohh as from tomorrow im going on the beyonce diet. Im getting a right fatty, the jeans are getting tight and muffin like. Really need to stop gorging. Its the lunch times that do it, and the fact i rarely eat dinner and go out all the time ha!

eek loads of posts and lots of reading :D

freds - totally unacceptable, can't advisebut good luck with it. I'm guessin who u have contacted was similar to our care commission.

Puddings- way to go!!!! swimming won't be an option for a few days.

Vix - <3 primark, but can be very hit and miss. But when you get a bargain, it's usually a good 1.

Well, made it to my mum's with her flowers and card. Came home and straight to bed. Slept on and off for almost 24 hours. Fever raging, and had to call NHS 24for antibiotics, chronic throat and ear infection. Blah, never rains but it pours. Fever has broken, so hopefully will be on the mend very soon :) My DD thought it was rather funny when I woke up singing along to an advert that was on tv. Can't remember a thing :rotfl: Was totally delerious with the fever. On a bright note, I didn't eat very much at all. Only thing i could drink was milk with icecream, and was thrilled when i managed to eat half a banana. Made up for it today by having about a third of a chinese meal.

Appetite still isn't back but, I'm managing to eat little bits and am managing more fluids today, was such a relief to get a coffee at last. Sure how i was feeling was due to caffeine withdrawal too:rotfl:

Now, heading back to bed. And hopefully sleep til morning :)
