    I should probably add that I'm aiming to lose 43 lbs, to bring my BMI down to just under 30.:o I've managed to lose 20 lbs over the last two years, but it has been a bit hit and miss, and I'm keen to take control of my health once and for all.

    I'm not joining any particular programme, just healthy and economical meals, minimal snacks, and lots of walking and other 'free' exercise.
