Mineral water is water containing minerals or other dissolved substances that alter its taste or give it therapeutic value, generally obtained from a naturally occurring mineral spring or source. Dissolved substances in the water may include various salts and sulfur compounds. Mineral water can be sparkling (with effervescence), or still (without effervescence).
dont laugh if this is a daft question (and im not even blond) but when mineral water comes out of the ground is it sparkling? or still, like normal water, and then the sparklyness is a process done to it afterwards?

Thanks - yes - survived another year - miracles do happen! A long time ago my gp said that i would be lucky to make it to 40, and it's creeping ever closer! I'm swapping big cake for small bun this afternoon :-)

**Fredsnail** - can you add me to your wonderful chart please

Happy Birthday Puddings :beer:Hope you enjoy your day and the small bun :D

Brightonbelle - Sorry to hear you are under the weather again, Like you I hope that it doesn't last the whole of August ((Hugs))

Beanielou - I do not know much about scotlands exams personally but I hope they allow him to continue with what he wanted :)

Fredsnail - Can you add me to the 5lb list please I forgot to say Sorry ;) And thank you for doing the chart and the great quotes each week :A

Hezza - I am off to bude later this evening to meet up with some friends who live down that way. I am almost tempted to go down early and attempt a quick surf first  You must try it again especially if your kid's enjoyed it.

Mazza - nice cake (on different PC so could only just look at pic) Love the chocolate fingers what a great idea.

Been to the dreaded dentist this am and I have to have 2 fillings replaced as they have started to crumble :( this is the trouble now I think with eating so much fruit, the acid damages your teeth. It is the only place I hate going too. I am such a baby but had a really traumatic experience as a teenager with a dentist and have hated it ever since. I even had to be sedated to get in the chair after that (but I am a little better now). Oh well if that is the only downside I guess the pluses out weigh the minuses :rotfl:
    Restarting C25K in 2014 - Week 8 - 1/3 completed

Need to loose 25lb / 3lb lost so far :(

Happy Birthday Puddings! (or should that be small bun now??)

BB -- really sorry that you're not feeling well, very gentle hugs to you.

Beanie - the A shows that he has real ability, so the Cs were very unlucky. What does he want to do next?

Well done all you losers, STSers and all those who tried hard. I'm not even trying. :o:o:o I will one day. My oomph has been missing for about 6 months (= 2 stone ) now. I'm looking for it, but I seem to keep ending up in the fridge . (insert confused smiley here please)

By the way Victory, tell your mum I can see her scraggy neck from here. :):)

DS will do sixth year but its a bit up in the air what he will do.
He hopes to appeal one at least & will resit one to get a better grade.

Beanie there are always options hon. Just wish I could have got any of my 2 to take an interest in school. Neither are very academic, guess they get that from their father. In saying that, I couldn't wait to leave either.

BB - Sorry you're unwell again hon. Hope you recover sooner rather than later.

Puddings - Happy Birthday, I'm so sorry I missed that one getting caught up on everything going on here today :)

Got 2 sponge cakes made for tomorrow that are going to miraculously turn into strawberry gateaux when I get to edinburgh tomorrow. One loaf in bread maker and 2 still to do. Plain white bread for the DD while I'm gone, a multigrain one and a porridge oat one for the lads in Edinburgh. I have taken the decision not to have any beer whilst I'm away and am going to treat myself to a bottle of Glayva instead :) Don't need a mixer with that, and won't drink so much of it. So hopefully won't gain too much :rotfl:

Have just realised it's around 2-3 weeks since I had a beer :o So that could also be contributing to the weight loss. Not had a single beer since the night on the train with the 2 numpties :) I have had my lurpak once this week. No crisps at all, so am feeling rather proud of myself :rotfl:

Happy birthday puddings - hope you've had a great day.

I've not recorded a result for you for last week - I hide the people who've not posted a result for that week - so you are on the list, but just hidden for this week.

If you have posted a result I may have missed it last night - sorry if that's the case let me know what your result was and I'll correct the chart for next week.
