I am off in a mo to see the diabetic nurse...again:D she does not do emails she likes face to face and we discuss over and over again the same thing and she changes it and I agree to do what she says and it goes wrong and she scratches her head and on we go:D

Oh if only I had her wisdom:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: I hate all the attention to detail, write it all down, do it at this time, eat this, drink that, make sure you write down if you walked, talked ,ran, stressed, it was a hot day ,a work day ahhh:D I fully appreciate she is the helper and I am the helped but for christ sake get on with it and get it right:D

I feel for you Shell... finished eating, still hungry and cravings, but what can you do? can only suggest that you be extra tough with yourself this week (and sulking sometimes helps too, you know... "it's not fair" and all that!!!)

Well ive been into the town centre and got weighed today for the first time in 6 months, bad news is that im a pavement-breaking 187kg (or 29st6 in old money). Good news is that this is 10lbs less than my previous weigh in on 4th December last year and that technically back then with my bmi just over 60, i was in the "super super obese" catorgory the very top one. This time the bmi is still a humiliating 58.4 but at least ive dropped down to only being "super obese" instead. Not much to be proud about i know but was really struggling to find a positive in all this :-)

    Well done Bex :-)

    ill two part answer this

still hungry? cravings? get your carbs under control and that will get your insulin under control and stop the cravings

reduce your carb into to 1/3rd of your daily cals, only eat unprocessed carbs that are low GI

I am on week, what week am I on now? ahh week 29 and after the initial couple of weeks of detox I have had food cravings once in 27 weeks !

and make sure you get some protein with every meal, its an appetite suppressant

That looks loads to me eric!!!!! i'll scrap the 128 hr then. It was harder work than going for it.

Scary: It came across a bit like you were talking to me like a child thats all. I know that ireland isnt full of chavs, i know the north isnt grotty (ish), but when i say these things i say them as a generalisation. Its kinda worrying to think people think i think that. I forget im not talking to people of my own age i suppose.

if you dont mind me asking Eric, if youre on 900 cals for your evening meal, what size/frequency of meals do you eat the rest of the day and is this the same food routine that you had when you were shaped more like me?

and my jokes...yes is probably a defence thing (laugh or cry situation maybe) but am a lot more open on here than in real life, dont really get embarrassed about anything on here.
As for getting to a size where i dont go out of the house, well i live on my own (lodgers and dog excepted) so therefore have no choice but to go out!

My sister just cooked the Slimming World One Pot Meal. Supposed to be designed for ppl who can't be 4rsed cooking. Tinned stew, tinned mushrooms, tinned tatties, tinned carrots etc all thrown in one pot and heated up gently. I must say, when she mentioned cooking it for us, I was thinking "Ewwww how gross?!?!?!" but it was rather tasty and very filling.
    4 Stones and 0 pounds or 25.4kg lighter :j
