neilersmc - well done thats a good loss!

and i hope you have a really good holiday victory - dont worry about that 4lbs, it will straighten itself out either next time or the time after. Are you flying to your hols? i bet youre slim enough to not need a seatbelt extension straps on the plane ... do you know that they make those straps in two colours - bright orange or bright yellow i didnt think that they could be any less discrete or humiliating..... until on one flight they made a tannoy announcement"can the man who requested a seatbelt extension please press the call button" i just wanted to die on the spot :-(

Kentguy07... 2 hours a day is pretty serious!

    eric, please what is swmbo?

just done my first cardio interval training since i got the ok to train from the cardiologist (been doing straight cardio or resistance training)

8 mins @60% then 2 mins @ 90% my max for 6 sets with no breaks

no noticeable issues whilst doing it apart from being fooked at the end lol, mild tightness in my chest now whilst resting .. i probably should have worn my heart rate monitor lol

    Weight not shifting.

Back to 75.6 kg - have been around that for months on end, apart from about a month ago when, for a couple of weeks, I got into the 74s.

    Not happy.

STS for me - bit annoyed but it's not a disaster.

Still eating fairly sensibly but again like I said I just have to use up whatever is in the house so if it's fatty or calorific i'm still going to eat it!

    Sausages for dinner tonight.

Made lovely spicy chicken last night with rice, peas, onion, coriander and chili.

Love cooking my little concoctions for dinner, it's only lunch and mid-afternoon snack that are my downfalls (esp when there's no fruit in the house and i end up eating the last of the white bread and cheese!)
