    It's definately not failing BettyB.

Any diet/eating pattern has to become part of your normal life otherwise it will fail. If SW is costing too much then it's not sustainable long term - but you're learning to adapt to cater for other restrictive elements (ie can't affort it) which will stand you in good stead for the longer term.

Hope everyone's doing well - Eric you're almost at your target - keep going you're doing fantastically well and I'm glad you're starting to feel better too.

Bindi that's a great loss - definately something to be proud of.

one nice thing led to another and then it was a competition to see how many slices of bread I could eat in one go and I am the champion:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

well said, i couldn't afford to keep eating lean protien for breakfast was costing £20-£25 a week, so i invented the protibix, oatibix covered in a protein shake, cheap as chips and yummy :)

i was wondering if i will hit my target today if so 3 more targets to go for this year .. then who knows how many next year before final goal

4lb gain this week for me thanks gutted, don't want to talk about it:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: nothing has changed, no extra foods apart from the usual saturday night take away I talked about that is every week though and not deserving of a 4lb gain, right before the hols on saturday I am lumping myself on a plane now:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I am sure my spanish friends and especially my mother will have a field day commenting on the largeness of me:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: tried so hard and failed at the last hurdle, how is it possible to gain with what I eat?:D

Oh Victory don't fret it's probably just water or something. Have a lovely holiday and be proud of the losses you've seen this year :)

That is so lovely, water, more like a well:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: 10lb heavier I am off to Spain with from last year so they will notice, they are very brutally honest and definete my spanish friends, it is what it is and they do not sugar coat anything, I am expecting an attack on my little one also because he has some weight on him, not loads but it is visable but that is what they will see:D

Once I went over there with weight on and my friends said when I asked them do they see me as fat as they kept going on and on and they said no 'just bloated like the michelin man':rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
