reporting a respectable 3.2lb loss this week, I expect this will be my last loss for a while with the exercise ban0

Alliwant ... so sorry. All I can do is wish you and your family the strength to cope with whatever the future brings. ((((((hugs))))))0

Well this week I've lost 2.75 lbs, but last week I put on 3.5lbs which didn't go on the chart. So the number for the chart please Fred is a gain of 0.75lbs and a total weight loss since I went back on the chart of 5.75lbs.0

alliwantistosave so sorry to hear about your mum. hugs to you and your family. i know you must be having an awful time and wanting to eat sweet/carby food is a natural reaction for some of us. Just dont let your cravings upset you further.Eric_Pisch wrote: »

Well I am still in sinus rhythm this morning :T so that's a good start, the bad news is I still have to keep taking all the drugs and I cant do any exercise for ages so thats my weight loss fubar'd ......
great news that you're heart is on the right track.
only a measly 1/2lb loss, sorry team. it's all down to the weekend, i find it impossible to be good at the weekend. i try so hard during the week, but if i go out at the weekend i am not even offered a healthy option - family gatherings are all white bread and cake. sometimes i feel like other people only exist to sabotage me and keep me fat.
i could turn it down but otherwise i'd starve! will try harder tho. need to stop letting the weekends defeat me.
luckily i have no plans this weekend so i can stick to my SW plan properly and get into better habits.
good luck at WI everyone else - and well done eric, granny and all the losersBetty B: The Eternal Procrastinator....

betty You could take it with you, I used to, or tell them you have developed a reaction to white bread and could they buy in brown or that the eggs in the cake make you have an upset stomach so could they buy whatever you wanted to eat to replace that and still be good at weekends:D
I remember going to the seaside and taking my own dinner (yes it was stone cold by then) while the rest ate fish and chips:rotfl::rotfl:0 -

The thing is, i do have a reaction when i eat white bread! I always have brown/wholewheat with my family and OH's family, but sometimes they forget or think it's a 'treat' so it just gets served up to me without a thought. so then i eat it to be polite and feel bloated all day!
I think i just need to be more careful - if i know i'm going to nans house i should eat some bananas first or something so i can't manage much cake. otherwise, grandparents' hm cake is impossible to turn down!! It's just coz we have been doing a lot of socialising and i have let myself get less rigid with my own rules.
I can't belive you took your own dinner -what dedication! I live by the sea now so i am hoping fish and chips will become less appealing with time!!Betty B: The Eternal Procrastinator....

Sorry Stunners, its a +2lb gain for me this week. Kind of expected it as I did no exercise last week and had a giant pizza and cider at the weekend.
Don't worry I'm already back on track and have done 2 lots of exercise already this week!0 -
Alli - my heart goes out to you, it must be a very difficult thingto have to go through.
After being stuck on a plateau for well over a week, my final weigh in was a +2lb gain
Ive walked over 30 miles this week and stuck reasonably well to the diet so all i can say is grrr.
Next week will simply have to walk further and faster and become even more of a salad junkie than i already am0 -
Morning everyone
Well done on the weight loss people.
Fred its a STS for me, still 13st!!!
I think my problem is psychological. I get weighed and think, "Im gonna be the same" and I usully am. I need to alter my way of thinking.
Next week I am gonna lose 2lbs (must lose 2lbs, 2lbs,2lbs!!!)
Sorry Buckfast Beauties - will try harder, I promise.
