not through choice, pick up DS papers for his paper round as the shop is quite a bit away so may as well put the time to good use as i usually use it to make lists of what has to be done, shopping, cleaning, but am all organised so have spare time and am holiday(:rotfl:) this week, am a bit ott when it comes to lists that way i feel i have achieved something or otherwise i sit and do nothing but think about what i should be doing;)

    well done Kat!

Skintbint: i spend more time writing lists than crossing things off them. most days i do a to-do list and most days its the same list of jobs that were on the previous day's list!

I went bowling, that helped :) Trouble is i think it was either OAP night or Retard night or stuck in the 80's night. They all verged on that, but they were getting some good scores, 200+ (my best was 98!) They all had their own balls too, one lady had a finding nemo one. And one man did a run up like road runner, it was quite amusing. Unfortunatly for me, no attractives.

PMT has subsided eric, you can come out of hiding now :p

Im off to bluewater tomorrow :) I sooooooooooo cant wait, its the first day of the M&S sale, and the marks up there is quite big so i can normally get some bits from there in the younger persons range and shoes. I need boots alot, and tops and jumpers and jeans. Ohh and Hollister....i can have a look at the attractives in there!!!!!

AAAARGH ever had one of those days?

Got a call last night to say that my dear old aunt had died. Got up this morn to my DS's throat infected, fed the cat and she puked all over the floor. DD curled up on sofa with tummy ache.

Definitely one of those days I should have gone back to bed and hibernated! So I'm afraid I've been naughty and had some mikados, they are so bl00dy morish it's unbelievable!!!

Sorry about your aunt mazza. Mikados????? I would say thats got northern written all over it but it sounds finnish!! Ha i think i know what it is, its like those brandy snaps sticks of ice cream cone with chocolate at the ends isnt it?

Haha Vix, Made by Kraft in Cheltenham,it's a wee biscuit stick (plain) dipped in chocolate :rotfl:Boots, do u mean the shop or the kind that u put on ure feet Vix? I have got such a boot fetish it's unbelievable, but can't seem to find any with a nice shaped heel these days.

Funeral is on Friday. Just want it over and done with now, we weren't so close after my 14 yrs in Brighton, but I think it hit me hard cos I used to spend a lot of my childhood there.

DS has antibiotics for his throat.

DD is still a miserable cow!

So is Maz with the PMT looming

Back into hiding with ya Eric and good luck for everything that's going on. Hope all goes well for ya hon.

    Kat - WTG Girl!!!

    Welcome skintbint!

Off to work now to ask for Friday off. Did txt the boss yesterday but got no response. I had booked a holiday for this week and cancelled it so I could have my 40th off, so surely he won't refuse

Very pleased to add to the Buckfast Beauties score this week with a loss of 4.4lbs. Not really done anything differently this week, maybe just an adjustment over the previous weeks when the losses were a little smaller than usual. Anyway, I'll take it! Probably next week I will end of gaining some of it back as a natural adjustment - who knows!

Well done to other losers and commiserations to all who are having a hard time at the moment for various reasons.

Vix i can't belive you havn't had mikado! they are soo yummy. I love them because we used to have them on holiday before they were sold in the uk.

had my SW brekkie but going out for lunch today so who knows what i might end up with - going to aim to get a jacket potato with salad so fingers crossed i can manage that without going off track!

Going to go to the gym tonight - havn't been properly since signing up so i'm looking forward to trying out all the equipment then going for a swim. shame the evening are getting so dark already tho, i dont fancy walking home in the cold dark weather!

Well done on your loss kat :) and glad you're feeling better vix

-9 this week - im shocked. I knew I had been good and had been out running but jeepers.

That takes me to 16 stone 4 so only another 2 stone 11 to go.

Finally watched some of the Biggest loser episodes I downloaded - strangely addictive show.

Looking forward to lunch today - butternut squash and carrot and parsnip soup
