Well done Puddings, 15 miles is a great feat no matter what size your butt!

I have had a wierd day today, forgot breakfast, too busy for lunch, only realised I had missed lunch when I was trying to fill in some paperwork and realised I had the horrid shaking feeling, I was presented with a shortbread biscuit and a polystyrene cup with tar like coffee in, it all tasted soooooooooooo good!!
Then curry for tea, I still felt wobbly afterwards but once I felt a little more stable we went for a walk, DD in her new buggy, so my average steps for the week (bearing in mind I didn't get over 1k steps on Wednesday) is 7500k average. Happy with that for now, but am going to start increasing it again as I build up the muscles I used to have, before the birth of DD!!

what a crap weekend - went out for a run yesterday, was going well till i tripped. Only managed to graze my head, my right arm and right knee and have done something to my ribs.

On the plus thanks to watching what i have been eating I definately feel like i am going have a good loss on the scales tomorrow.

eric... all you need do is pick your nose and that would become a nice round 1%
and you'd better remember what 23 looks like on those scales cos you wont be seeing that one again (ever!)

    Hello all, happy monday!

The sun was shining on saturday morning so we went for a bike ride along the sea front, which was lovely and made my legs ache!!
then spent the night drinking cocktails and dancing off the calories!!
Let myself off SW for the weekend, which was a good idea as we had a night out clubbing followed by a greasy pub fry up in the morning then sunday tea and cakes with the grandparents. Lovely but definately not diet friendly! Glad i have been active all weekend and dont feel like i've gained at all. Sticking with SW again now and doing some exercise every day (at the very least going for a brisk walk!) so feeling good :)

hope you all had lovely weekends :)

Well i feel crap! ha. Dunno what was wrong with me last night but i went to bed at 10 FREEZING to the point where i had my nightie on, my dressing gown and my 13 tog duvet. I thought it was a migraine coming because my neck and back were really stiff and achey too. Felt rubbish. Im still a bit achey this morning so god knows! I think im stressed about something, i get this weird thing on my elbow when im stressed and its there now.

Ive been watching the golf, i dont even like watching golf but im getting qutie into it this morning! i wish all golf tourneys were like the ryder. I also like the way they have chaned the camera views so you can see the journey of the ball.

Anyway, im going off on one, im off to job hunt!
