Im gunna have to take my laptop with me to do tonights weigh in. Im half considering not bothering cos its not going to be good!!
Alliwant: So sorry to hear about your mum, hugs to you and your family x
Granny: Good idea, i love a continental breakfast......when im there and its on a table and i can pick from it all! It never seems to work over here? If i eat a roll with ham and stuff its all yuck, if i do it over in europe its gorgeous!!!
bb: Good ideas, but cereal and toast just say "breakfast" I dont like yoghurt. I think i need to get my taste buds into better foods for myself. Im just having toast again now
Sweetie: Perhaps your muscular sweetie? I weigh 10 stone 7lbs (or i did! ha) and i wear 12/14, i do have alot of size 10 tops mainly cos im a bit petite (5' 2.5) Oh and lack of boobage.
I have a job interview tomorrow. Going for the experience because i havent had one for 5 years, last time i go that long without one again. I feel out of the loop.0 -
As predicted im 2lbs on. I blame my period, which im late for. Its all that fluid, blood and hormones that all amounted to the 2lbs. Plus the fact its making me want chocolate like theres no tomorrow, teamed up with the fact this is my first period as a single person since i was 19 and and one month. Although i havent had it yet, but it will be.
I think ive run out of reasons as to why i have put weight back on apart from ive just been a fat pig. Grr to losing weight!0 -
Here's this weeks chart:
Congrats to our SoTW Neilersmc
Well done to all the losers and stsers - commiserations to the gainers, next week is a new week, keep your head up and keep going.
This weeks quote is from Benjamin Mays:
"The tragedy in life doesn't lie in not reaching your goal. The tragedy lies in having no goal to reach."
Well done to the Buckfast Beauties with this weeks win. 2 weeks to go until the end of the challenge :T0 -

Jeez I'm useless! Sorry I forgot to post yesterday. I even logged on and read everyone else's posts earlier on, and then forgot to put my own update.
I will hang on until next week to combine my results Fred. Thanks for the chart.
Alliwant - so sorry to hear about your mum. What a difficult time for your family. I wish you all the strength to endure the difficult time ahead. Well done for the loss this week, but I agree that you'll have all the time to focus on your weight in the future, but just recognising your emotional eating will help to control things for now I'm sure. Take care, be kind to yourself, and know that you're in out thoughts and prayers.
It looks like quite a few of us have got to that sticking point after an initial loss. Keep at it guys, the losses do come back again. One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing
Be nice to your children, they'll choose your care home0 -
Thanks for the chart Fred. Please can I be on the 5lb challenge.0

oooh another day i've walked past the tablet in tesco, studied the chocolate looking for a freddo but turned away and bought sugar free chewing gum!!!! interesting shop looked at the slimming products - fancy bars and the likes but jeeez have you seen some of the calories in the replacement bars i'd rather have a sandwich! healthy breakfast today - i prefer cereal for supper - so i made a raspberry smoothie with some frozen rasps, milk and a banana along with a grapefruit , lunch has been roll (no butter or marg) ham, tom, cucumber and a slice of bavarian smoked cheese (60 cals a slice) and another glass of smoothie, amazing how filling the smoothies are and how much a 1/2 bag rasps and 1 banana makes. baked pot with beans for tea and no doubt another glass of smoothie while the rest are having stovies. Right must move have an order for a birthday cake - the fly in the ointment when i'm dieting as there is always off cuts and the spare buttercream and icing!!!!!skintbint x

Interview went well today. Only one dodgy question- What is your management style? Er.... considering im not one, i dont have one!! Obvo didnt say that. Although its the most grown up interview i had, i didnt feel very professional or grown up. I still dont think im ready for a proper job yet! I feel that will come when im 30...or a time similar. I dont think i'll get it, and nor in a way do i because of my inpending foot operation (that i hope will be over chistmas)
Im in quite a happy mood this eve I finally came on! i think im the euphoric stage. ha.
Skint: Smoothie sounds delish!! i love the fruit ones, they are so nice.0 -
