erm.... ive been awfully naughty and had a mcdonalds for dinner :( but when you work 11:30-8 its hard to eat anything properly. Thats my excuse!!

Well done to everyone this week, weve all (apart from me) tried really hard!

BB: Im wondering if to go cold turkey with milk, im still having it in tea and my stomach is still dodgy. Its still cramping up all the time. Im starting to think its not milk, but i know milk isnt good for me because i always feel ill a lil bit after i have a lot of milk.

What breakfasts are good ones? I need something to fill me up untill 1ish from eating at about 8. I can have porridge but thats milky and i wouldnt have it without milk and then i NEED to have sugar on it else i wont touch it. Toast is a fave of mine, but then i have to have anchor spreadable on it else i wont eat it. Then theres cheerios and thats milk. So thats my three options, each one a negative :/ I dont like egg or anything proteiny like that, so i feel stuck with breakfasts!

Evening all, I remembered to weigh in this morning.... although I did have to get completely undressed, not 2 minutes after getting dressed, doh!

-2lb this week. Not a bad result without exercise methinks. Hope to increase that with exercise (rain, rain, go away.. etc.)

Well done with all the losses this week guys. Puddings, WOW!! Well done, you certainly have the bit between your teeth now, don't you? Way to go.

Tonight we've had a bit of a treat, with h/m apple crumble, but that's it for the rest of the week pretty much. I'm taking an Indian takeaway up to my lovely friend who's birthday it is tomorrow, but she's been having a really tough time of things recently, with bereavements, husband working away, lots of pressures and responsibilities, so I am getting her a curry, and I'm going to have their very lush tikka chicken. It still feels like a treat, and tastes divine. I won't miss having a pasanda that way, and I don't eat any rice.

Right, gotta get online and start car hunting... my people carrier has to go because it's just too big for our needs now. My BF's mate has an audi A4 estate for sale, but we know he's trying to make £600 profit on the car if we buy it off him, which I don't feel happy about, even though it would still be reasonably priced.

Crumbs I am being ambushed from all sides, the other week it was the cloning of the card on the internet, before that my paypal account hijacked, then it was the ebay stuff I was selling, now virgin media are sending me emails telling me I have not paid the bill so if I would just like to the click the link:rotfl::rotfl:yeah right as if now I would fall for that one, rang them up and nothing is wrong with the account uhm surprise, now just let me send all my details to cyber space and see how quickly they can clean me out again or shall I press the delete button?:rotfl::rotfl::D

    Here are some ideas:
    fruit salad
yoghurt (or soya yoghurt if you're cutting out all dairy)
porridge made with water and sugar/sweetner/honey/nutmeg/cinnamon/banana/etc
    rice milk on cereal
    bacon sandwich with ketchup/brown sauce
    sausage sandwich
    hash browns
    beans on toast
    cereal bars

PS - Mazza, salty porridge is just. plain. wrong. ;)
