Hopefully this week I'll lose a little more

I've lost 7lbs this week (about 1.8%) taking me to 27stone and 1 (very awkward) pound.
:j
27 dead is my next mini-goal, the reward being that i'll allow myself to go through the wardrobe of clothes too tight, and try them on again, and was really hoping that might happen today :-( so for that reason I might do an extra weigh in a couple of days time and see if ive got there.0 -

I walked half way in and half way home to work today
In my bid to lose an ouce of weight. Trouble is i had chocolate!!
Does anyone use soya milk? Im thinking whatever issue my stomach has with normal milk, it wont have with this. But i know it will taste rank and not like milk
I used to have to avoid all milk and dairy (thought I was intolerant but turned out to be ibs) so I used to have rice milk.(soya milk makes me retch!)
It was really nice and just like skim miilk, so fairly watery. But then the brand i liked started putting vanilla flavouring in it which i am not a fan of (who wants vanilla on their weetabix, bleurgh!) but if you can find an unflavoured version I would try it it's not bad
Well done eric:T puds (7lb!):T and almond:T on your losses. :T
I have lost 1lbwhich is not much i'm afraid but is better than nothing. hoping for a bigger loss next week as i'm going to start cycling and going to the gym more! Also, Mr T is going to deliver lots of fruit and veg today
I am doing lots of soup experiments at the mo. Made a lovely carrot, lentil, cumin and chilli one yesterday and ate the lot! (all free on my SW diet) Today I'm going to try leek and potato!!! exciting.
Good luck everyone else weighing in and come on you Southern Stunners!!:T:T:TBetty B: The Eternal Procrastinator....

I now weigh: 10 stone 7lbs (i'll ignore the .8 that came after it!! haha)
I was 10 stone 9lbs.
I dont believe it though, but i havent been eating alot due to the stomach so maybe it has done something? Maybe i should put it as a provisional and weigh myself again later.
