  • Gain of +4lbs for me - shocking fail on my part.

Back on track went out for a jog this morning - trying a 10km running plan to give me a focus to see if that helps me get sorted.

Eric - thanks for your opinion on Move - what game do you recommend for the best sweat - Sports Champion?

mmm just had some amazing soup for lunch - carrot, lentil, cumin and chilli. absolutely amazing. packs a real punch and warms you up :D

also, about to don my snazzy backpack and helmet and go on a quick bike ride! woop!

Edit - did it! all way to the post office and back (not far but a big deal for me as i am still a bit unsteady and scared of cars!)

Been MIA but not doing too bad. Batteries back in scales. Sensible food pre-bought although I haven't got my head round a suitably pointed lunch yet. AND I went for a 2 mile run tonight - been putting it off (not clever when I have the Great South Run coming up) but I felt and still feel great, hungry though

You need a belt, Eric wants a whip... what's going on?
but you can keep the cream thanks, i'm a definite custard man myself... [STRIKE]mmm vanilla slices[/STRIKE]

KAT - well done on your 1lb, dont be down on yourself, its another step nearer to your goal :-)
...i dont think anybody answered your question? No you dont need to email. Fredsnail will pick your result up from the thread, thats why we post losses big and bright to help her spot them amongst the other chat. Hope youre staying motivated :-)

VIXAROONI - congrats on making it halfway to work on foot (despite the minor chocolate blip).
Ive tried soya milk and wont be buying it again, have also recently tried oaty milk, and i wont be buying that again either... not too bad in small amounts eg hot drinks but anything more and it justs ends up tasting like wishywashy porridge water :-( Hows you feeling today?

blimey arent there a lot of people out exercising this week! neilers, vixstar, betty, everybody's at it...

Efreize - 1.6lbs is great, and of course youre not letting the northerners down, if tv watching was an energetic activity then me n you would both be skinny: a whole series of BL in a week, thats a lot of last chance workouts, am getting exhausted just thinking about that!

...a few years ago i watched all 7 series of the west wing, starting christmas eve and finished by 8th of january. Never again! It was a definite west wing overdose :-) After 150 episodes or aprox 115 hours of viewing, my brain was well and truely mushy... but i do still think its the best US series ever brought over to the uk though. I love the mega fast moving storylines, i think that's what the pause and rewind buttons were invented for!

Tomorrow is weigh in wednesday... so i guess that makes tonight my
    ........ LAST CHANCE WORKOUT!

well started sw on monday and after a blow out at the weekend which i had gained 3ibs i can now say I have lost 1lb this week, not great but back on target now. Holiday to Barbados booked 5th december which is just over 9 weeks. If i can lose 2lb a week that would give me 3 stone since i started the diet this time last year.

Vix my wee man is Lactose intolerant. He said the best ones to get are the fresh ones from supermarket like Alpro and Lactofree from the chilled cabinet. He said these at least taste a wee bit like milk.

Will weigh in when I get home from work, was all dressed and ready to go when i realised it was weigh in day, I aint getting undressed again :D
    4 Stones and 0 pounds or 25.4kg lighter :j
