Probably very similar to a real safari then. Best stick to the ones on the telly.

But the noises are good. I didn't see any animals at all.

The family tried the M&S TV ad food last night, the roasties with the sprinkles were lovely, the tray bake pork chops with the rub was over powering and strong flavours and not liked and the oaty crumble summer fruits desert with custard was nice so M&S well done:D

oh 'eck are we back to monday already :-(
  • Yes Puds, back to Monday, and keeping on track I hope everyone!

Victory - how did work go? Did you have a chat with the boss?

Granny - I'm loving the Graze, but I am being very good, and counting the calories into my daily allowance. I also chose some lovely healthy options, so the dark chocolate buttons are more than able to satisfy a chocolate craving.

I have definitely found that avoiding eating bread seems to be stopping my cravings to keep munching. I had my usual w/end treat of a bacon roll, and I was wanting to much again about an hour later (thank god for my healthy snacks).

I'm really grateful for the new Biggest Loser challenge we have, it's keeping me focused and on track each day. I've even tried to look at the cold weather positively, as we burn more calories trying to keep warm when it's cold!

Have a good week everyone, and go for the last push for the next 2 days Southern Stunners!
One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

    Hello everyone!
Happy Monday (grrr! weekend went too quickly!)

Sary - glad ur liking graze!
Vix - stop being mad if everyone says you're gorgeous then i bet you are!! Def get yourself some new winter boots - I did and now I am all smiles :D
and i dont mind the cold or rain coz my feet are nice and snug :)

Loving the pics eric and puds keep trying to tempt us with!! have to admit to having a bit of a naughty friday night- half a bottle of wine and 2 dairy milks! However, I have redeemed myself:
    1. Got a bike!!! Went for a ride on Sunday morning - loved it. :)
    2. Found (and joined) a gym! Lovely big leisure centre with a pool and loads of gym equipment :D
    3. Played squash! (and now my bum cheek muscles are killing me!) such a fun game and burns of a lot of energy/fat. :D:D

So hopefully I am burning off my bad food habits!

I swear there is something wrong with me, constant sick feeling for over a week and now im getting stomach cramps. Really dont want to eat anything but then my stomach feels empty and horrible and i feel i need a big meal when that just makes it worse and i get more of a sick feeling. Im hoping its wind.

Betty: Get you!!!!!!! I'd love to play a team sport of some kind, i think it would give me more enjoyment than what i currently receive from the gym! Im also thinking of getting a bike to travel to and from work with. Then use the car for the rainy weather days.

sorry you're feeling rough vix. give yourself some TLC - homemade soup, warm water and lemon or peppermint tea for your tummy. call the doctor if it gets too bad tho.

Maybe see if any of your friends would like to play squash with you - it's v fun! (and a lot of giggling!!!)
