Please do not make statements which refer to me in a personal manner when you have admitted that you have consumed excessive alcohol ---see above quote

I wasn't making a joke of the OP's situation, I was referring to the people (definitely not the OP) who take out loans with no intention of paying them back, and just go on spending sprees and round the world trips.

I was not going to state definitively that the police would not get involved, because, as has already been noted, nobody on here can predict what action may or my not be taken. However, out of informed knowledge, I can state that the CPS will only pursue a case if it is in the public interest. There is nothing in this scenario that would fulfil this criteria, so (although I cannot be sure, nobody can) I would be very surprised if any formal action was taken.

I hope the OP takes my comments in the nature that they are meant x

kenshaz - chill out! The majority of people have come on here to offer advice and support, and I am sure that the OP appreciates this. They probably don't want you beating all the other posters down!

The point of this forum is to help the original poster.

    Please drop the agressive attitude.

kenshaz - what are you on?!! I haven't judged anyone! The people that you have attacked are regular posters who I have no doubt have the best intentions of the OP in mind.
Kenshaz is rude and of no help.

I think we should just ignore him from now on, as he is messing up this thread.

Very best of luck to the OP x

  • On reflection, I had a couple of whiskies tonight and am completely sober. Do you have any further comments on how I should live my life? Grateful for your views
