Could I Be Prosecuted For Fraud

kenshaz - you're still not reading what I wrote and it's obviously beyond you. I'm not going to waste any more time on you.
OP - all the best to you.The ability of skinny old ladies to carry huge loads is phenomenal. An ant can carry one hundred times its own weight, but there is no known limit to the lifting power of the average tiny eighty-year-old Spanish peasant grandmother.0 -

Well at last I got through to you ,that is good ,think about what I said ,sleep on it ,and again you patronise. I do not need your insincerity.I care about others.I am not selfish or insincere and I speak from the heart. To be happy you need to make someone happy.0

To the OP, I think that yes, you did the wrong thing but you are clearly not trying to defraud these companies further as you are obviously trying to pay the money back.
I hope you get it sorted out and in the meantime, please don't worry. I seriously doubt that they will want to prosecute you (so long as you pay the money back).
Good luck with everything!

... Or unless the credit companies inform the police. But this seems very unlikely, and your regular payments to date will definitely go for you in this respect.
But I would try not to worry about that side of it too much, assuming you are not talking massive amounts (Hermes handbags, Chanel suits and endless foreign holidays?!!), and with the clear demonstration that you intended to pay the creditors back, even if the police did get involved, I don't imagine they would take it far.
Good luck with getting your payments sorted xGone ... or have I?0 -
