    I wonder if he's had a falling out with his solicitor. After all the solicitor was the trading address for IRD Homes according to an earlier post.

    Do we actually know that the Retraction (it deserves a capital letter for its novelty value) was written by the same solicitor whose address is the trading address of IRD Homes? Or are we assuming?

    I think we're assuming. IRD Homes is no longer registered at the same address as that solicitor so they have probably parted company.
