There have been over ten thousand views of this thread and yet I've just realised that not one of us has thanked Lorddeni for his retraction post, which has helped so many to learn about Sunny/Sunil/Sunhil Dhown and IRD Homes. . We must put this right immediately.

I've been sat here tonight wondering about becoming a student to study for a degree, probably in london, I hear kingston is nice and I head to my favourite property website IRD homes only to find it won't display!! Can anyone help me find Sunhil / Sunil Dhown just in case I even need student accomadation in kingston, a 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 or 9 bed flat will do, anything under £1000 pcm or up to £2000 pcm I have had IRD Homes in my favourites for so long I'm devasted I cannot find the site especially after all the posts on here on what a fantastic company it is

Just what I wanted!!! furnished and with a washing machine washer and dish washer in Kingston upon thames KT2 right near Norbiton railway station and bentails shopping centre for when I need the extra income after my rent is understandably increased Thank you so much

Wow! No deposit required I could just move straight in. to a furnished property in kingston or cardiff or even edinburgh all these choices to live in an IRD Homes and give my money to Sunhil Dhown I don't know where to go!

No deposit if I take a property from Sunil Dhown Kamni Dhown, Robert Elby or IRD Homes you say? Wow! I might just move in. Oh but you say there's an increase in rent after six months? Ah well I expect the eviction process under S8 is fairly long and expensive for them.
