    Thanks OP. I have made a mental note of the company you were dealing with. And thankyou for mentioning both "Sunil Dhown" and "IRD Homes" because sometimes it's not easy to know that one individual is associated with the other. :)

    Gosh, no! I can't access the site for "IRD Homes" either! I hope everything's ok and there's nothing wrong with "Sunhil Dhown". Wouldn't want there to be problems for the lovely "Sunil Dhown and IRD Homes". :(

    but on findaproperty here is what IRD homes say about themselves

    good English does not appear to be their forte either .......

    we need to keep watching for their new website so that we can reap the praises on that one also......

    I haven't seen this much concern for a website going down since the last time Apple released a new product.

    Sunil Dhown and IRD Homes are big.

    Aggressive? IRD Homes? They couldn't stomach a little bit of criticism from an aggrieved tenant. Cowardly and bullying, more like.
