We could run it on Downlloads only :)

We could get martin to feature it in the Email, we could get it listed on the songchecker

We could make a ringtone, free to MSE members

We could set up a small charity for Moneysavers who have to move at short notice out of MAGNUM HOUSE or any other property managed by IRD HOMES LONDON TWICKENHAM FINSBURY PARK KINGSTON UPON THAMES

We need to spread the word about IRD HOMES and their retraction.

I for one certainly hope the OP was paid hansomely in an agreement to retract information about IRD HOMES and that he has not experienced any FINANCIAL LOSSES in this dealings with

SUNHIL SUNNY SUNIL DHOWN and IRD HOMES

Sunny D in too large a quantity can lead to "loose bowels" ( aka the sh1ts)

Of course , dealing with IRD HOMES does not lead to any health needs in anyone, lets be clear on that

Sunny and IRD Homes sound fascinating.

How about the tune of "Hey diddle diddle
    The cat and the fiddle"
    "This site is addictive!"

On 13 April 2010, I published a post on this forum which made reference to my experience as a tenant of Mr Sunil Dhown in a property managed by IRD Homes. I have recently been contacted by Mr Dhown, who has made it clear that the publication of both the details of my experience and my opinion of the approach taken by IRD Homes in relation to its management of the property has caused him distress. In order to bring the matter to an immediate conclusion, I contacted the webmaster of this forum and asked him to remove my post and the replies to it, which he has kindly done. I would also like to take this opportunity to confirm publicly that I regret any distress that has been caused by the publication of the details of my experience as Mr Dhown's tenant and any opinions that I formed as a result of that experience.

I don't regret any distress, does any one else?
Find out who you are and do that on purpose (thanks to Owain Wyn Jones quoting Dolly Parton)

    Tealady I always think

    "what goes around comes around"

If I am distressed, it is usually as I have caused some distress to anyone else.

However, I am very happy at the moment, that is likely to be as I am spreading my own personal happiness far and wide throughout the people I know :)

Im sure this principle applies to all of us, not least IRD HOMES

No. If the OP had come back and said that he had been contacted by Mr Dhown of IRD Homes, had an extensive discussion where he was able to raise his points and gained a new understanding of the situation, and was sorry for the distress that would possibly be a reason to regret publication.

Unfortunately the 'Retraction' of the OP's comments regarding Mr Sunhil Dhown and IRD Homes reads purely like script provided straight from a solicitor, which I can only presume means the OP has been threatened with legal action. And of course the OP has been mysteriously silent since, as far as his post count goes. In my experience a Human Being can only keep so quiet if the consequences of speaking out would become too severe to bear. Sadly, I suspect we will never hear the full, balanced story of this sorry tale, particularly since the original thread was deleted. I never saw it prior to its deletion. It wasn't the sort of thing relevant to my life at the moment. The Retraction caught my eye as I have never before seen a Retraction like this published on MSE or any other forum. Usually in a forum discussion there are plenty of experienced people around to tell the OP if they are being unreasonable so that a non-valid complaint does not reflect badly on a company or its owner. (This latter comment is a general statement, and should not be regarded as anything to do with the particular situation between the OP and Mr Sunhil Dhown or any company or persons associated with him in business or personally - do you think I've covered myself enough here?)
:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Because these weirdos are your true family.

That's the idiocy of retractions published in this way. It tends to highlight the issues that were originally raised rather than erase them from people's minds.

Some of us recalled the original thread, so knew of the company's/director's name and that there were tales of "unhappy" Ts on other websites , and some readers (who were hitherto in blissful ignorance of these particular LAs) will have now become aware of the company purely because of the attention attracted by the OP in this thread.

I noticed the OP was online for an hour or two the other day.
    Been away for a while.
