Inventory is not the only method of ascertaining condition at the start of a tenancy.:)

What other methods could be employed?

Not just for IRD HOMES, but for other landlords up and down the land?

tbs is right... i have amassed evidence of newly redecorated properties by way of invoices from suppliers to prove redecoration and dated photographs - but some adjudicators at DPS have refused to accept photographs - one reason i switched to Mydeposits...

It's perhaps particularly relevant with new build properties and the T is first in.

There's perhaps a typo there, LandyAndy ? Companies House gives the reg address as number *7* Sloane Court.

It a reg address that seems to be used by several different companies, so perhaps a "rent a business address" job?
  • How do you find out that kind of information? It could be quite interesting.

There doesn't necessarily have to be anything sinister about several different limited companies having the same registered address. It's quite common for the registered address to be where the company's Solicitor or Accountant operates from.

Let's stick to the fact that Sunil Dhown and IRD Homes are without doubt a thoroughly lovely bunch of people.

Also, a prize for the first person to spot the lie in that sentence.
