There doesn't necessarily have to be anything sinister about several different limited companies having the same registered address. It's quite common for the registered address to be where the company's Solicitor or Accountant operates from.
I think you are misinterpreting my post :D

If you read back up the thread you'll see that IRD Homes were using a solicitor's office as a c/o address for trading purposes.

The point is that Ts have posted about their difficulties in for example reclaiming their deposits. see https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/528675

Other readers may like to be aware of all possible addresses: this may help them if they are looking for a good letting agent

Incidentally, the solicitors mentioned in a previous post, as a trading address, apparently specialise in LL and T law and civil claims....

I love a little project Trev, you know me :rotfl:

When I saw that pic of the solicitor I thought FWOARH its Martin Freeman!

    Alas no :(

Oh well, I doubt I shall ever need to cross paths with him anyway, as It remains pretty unlikely I would ever enter into any legal issues with IRD HOMES ;)

    :)

If I was more musically minded I might be inspired to write a little jingle about IRD homes... maybe if I start us off we can make a group effort? Obviously only try and include what we do know, not what we don't or the jingle could be about anyone...and anyone can write a generic non descript jingle... None of the verses have to rhyme, there's no prize (except if IRD homes were to offer one up if they like the song, but they may already have a song).

    So...to start off

Sunil Dhown runs IRD (there's more scope with IRD than IRD Homes...homes has precious little to rhyme with!)
    He prides himself on quality...

Google him and you will see
What sort of landlord he must be.

BTW is it just me or does the picture of his solicitor appear to have a large nose.
There was a character who used to grow a large nose, could someone please remind me who it was and why?
Find out who you are and do that on purpose (thanks to Owain Wyn Jones quoting Dolly Parton)
