I'm sure Sunil Dhown and anyone else associated with IRD Homes are kicking themselves right now. I'm sure they felt quite big when they managed to get the OP to remove his original thread and instead of ending it there, they chose to take it further. It has royally messed up for IRD Homes, they seemingly got what they wanted but in a moment of madness, they undid that 'success'.
MSE is a top 1000 website and a Google search for the company's name brings this thread up on the first page. I hope they now realise that appearing to bullying and threatening people will always backfire.
IRD Homes may need to take some time for introspection and decide whether or not this is the business for them.0 -
Also, I'm wondering how long it will be before we see Sunil Dhown fighting off Matt Allright and a camera crew on Watchdog or Rogue Traders.0

my contents insurance legal cover definately does do this ( and the firm seem to be pretty big guns too!)

Strange...Feb 2012 - onwards MF achieved
September 2016 - Back into clearing a mortgage - Was due to be paid off in 32 years in March 2047 -
April 2018 down to 28.00 months vs 30.04 months at normal payment.
Predicted mortgage clearing 03/2047 - now looking at 02/2045
Aims: 1) To pay off mortgage within 20 years - 20370 -
