    Sunhil dhown
    Sunil Dhown
    Richard Elby
    Richard EBLY

Should be so thrilled about all this wonderful publicity they are getting for free

I'm very confused. I started reading this post with no idea what it was about. The title 'Retraction' should really be expanded to include the name of the obviously excellent landlord in question: Sunil Dhown and IRD Homes.
But maybe Sunil Dhown and IRD Homes do not want their names publicised, so prefer it not to be in the title?

Maybe if we ask the OP nicely, they will oblige. It couldn't harm the [STRIKE]already terrible standing of Sunil Dhown and IRD Homes[/STRIKE] unblemished reputation of Sunil Dhown and IRD Homes.

I haven't laughed so much for ages. Who would put they are 'aggressive' in their home page?

Can someone clarify if Sunil Dhown is simply a landlord that lets thro IRD Homes or is he something to do with IRD Homes?

This thread is fantastic! I thought it was about time I helped the cause. I would hate to think that anyone looking for a property or house to rent or an apartment in the Kingston area would begin to think that Mr Sunil Dhown or Richard Elby were anything but fantastic people running a top notch business like IRD Homes.

Gosh - I do love Richard Elby and Sunhil Dhown of IRD homes.

Anyway Elby off now before the Sunil goes dhown. I'd like to spend some time in the garden in the Sunil thinking about how great IRD homes are and wondering if one day I'll be able to live there. Wow I do hope so. Tramps in closets and flooded locked in cars infested with rats are exactly what I look for in a property!

He's the managing director according to the website.

He has 50 years experience, or is it 20 years? Or maybe even 60 years.

Is it possible that Sunil Dhown is actually the Doctor? Matt Smith has nothing on our Sunny Dhown.

lynzpower, you seem to know a lot about these things.

I notice IRD Homes are making a big thing about not requiring a deposit. Obviously I can see the advantage for someone wanting to move in but where would be the advantage for a landlord?
