If ever I want to rent somewhere I will keep in mind Mr Sunhil Down and IRD homes, they sound great people to deal with (and I will sign any contract they like saying I will never slag them off).
Having said that I have only one vice - I'm a liar.
Find out who you are and do that on purpose (thanks to Owain Wyn Jones quoting Dolly Parton)
  • *Cough* Bump. Sunil Dhown of IRD Homes will not be happy that the 100% positive, and in no way sarcastic, reviews of his extremely reputable company are on the 2nd page.

Sarcasm may be present in this post.

IRD Homes are still only number 10 on my google listing clutton. I'm so passionate about IRD homes and the service they provide that I want this thread to be top!!

Doesw anybody have any specific FEEDBACK or TESTIMONIALS about living in property provided by Sunil Dhowns or Richard Elby? I want everybody to know just what fantastic agents they are in the Surrey and Middlesex areas. Particularly for student lets or houseshare!

You have forgotten that they also work in the CARDIFF GLASGOW AND EDINBURGH areas and so previous tenants of IRD homes in these areas should also come forwrd and share TESTIMONIALS of IRD homes SUNIL DHOWN< SUNHIL DHOWN SUNNY DHOWN RICHARD EBLY and the mystery "wife" ??

On student room, students also refer to smeone called KAROLINA who may not work there any more.

    ANYONE KNOW????

are all terms used to describe slum landlords, landlord who fail to repair , and intimidate tenants by putting the rent up, forcing them out and illegally evicting.

However given the retraction in the origninal post, im sure the above terms do in no way decribe IRD homes, SUNHIL DHOWN SUNNY DHOWN SUNHIL DHOWN or RICHARD EBLY, and any of thier business dealings when dealing with

    TENANTS
    LANDLORD AND TENANT ACT
    STUDENTS
    HOUSING ACT
    HOUSESHARES
    PUBLIC HEALTH ACT
    STUDENT LETTINGS
    RESIDENTIAL LETTING
ESTATE AGNECY functions of any form .

Just to be clear on that!

I was having a good ponder about this as I was reading THESTUDENTROOM.COM

There must be lots of students looking for accommodation in

CARDIFF GLASGOW TWICKENHAM and not forgetting KINGSTON of course

    They might be
    undergraduate students
    postgraduate students

    doing
    MA
    MSC
    BA
    BSC
    PHD

and looking for accommodation in the above cities/areas.

I hope for their sakes that they take advice from the student accommodation office in their chosen university, who will be able to advise whether
    SUNIL / SUNNY /SUNHIL DHOWN/ DOWN
    RICHARD EBLY
    IRD HOMES / property/ letting

Are in fact accredited as trusted landlords in the cities where they are due to study.

This is particularly important to those STUDENTS coming from outside the UK eg INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS who may not be aware of the role of student accommodation offices who accredit and recommend excellent landlords in their areas.

picking on the weak....slumlords are hated for a reason...they treat people bad then threaten them...
It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.

Of course there is nothing at all to suggest that IRD HOMES, SUNNY/ SUNHIL/ SUNIL DHOWN or RICHARD EBLY are slumlords

Im sure the retraction in the first post makes no one in any doubt exactly what sort of landlords they are ;)
