They certainly have some excellent advice on their website:

    http://irdhomes.co.uk/landlords.html

    I saw that!

Words failed me at that point ( unusual)

All the above is as crucial to IRD Homes as is to the landlord as failure to achieve these goals will be viewed by IRD Homes as its failure. IRD Homes is also well aware of the difficulties in servicing from the income:

    Mortgage interest
    Agent fees
    Void periods
    Building management charges
Petty tenant claims and withheld rent

How dare Tenants claim for things like access to their own car. I agree with Sunil Dhown of IRD Homes, Tenants are a pain in the bum.

Maybe they were trying to avoid having a void period of the car space

    I agree with it

i wonder how many posts on here mentioning IRD Homes will it take to get this site to the top of any google search - so that others can find out just what utterly marvellous landlords these good folks really are - of course

at the moment this site is number 10 on the google search i just did.. come on guys and gals... you can do better than that

IRD Homes are still only number 10 on my google listing clutton. I'm so passionate about IRD homes and the service they provide that I want this thread to be top!!

Doesw anybody have any specific FEEDBACK or TESTIMONIALS about living in property provided by Sunil Dhowns or Richard Elby? I want everybody to know just what fantastic agents they are in the Surrey and Middlesex areas. Particularly for student lets or houseshare!

    For the record...

I rented a lovely 2 bed apartment from Mr Sunil Dhown in a property managed by IRD Homes their service was excellent, in fact when I left the property after the inventory was carried out, I received my total deposit back of £600 with an extra bonus of £150 for taking good care of the property.

I have now bought a nice little studio flat...

Is it wrong that I really like the look of that room?!

Do IRD Homes or Sunil Dhowns let properties like this? I would like one for me

It is interesting how the retraction written by Sunil Dhown of IRD Home's lawyer (who represent Sunil Dhown of IRD Homes) does not specifically deny that the experience of Sunil Dhown and IRD Homes as a result of the OP's tenancy with Sunil Dhown of IRD Homes was a negative experience with Sunil Dhown and IRD Homes. Sunil Dhown of IRD Homes really needs to get a new lawyer to represent himself (himself being Sunil Dhown of IRD Homes) and his company (being IRD Homes, which Sunil Dhown is of).

It is also interesting that Sunil Dhown of IRD Homes does not care for the OP's distress caused by the conduct of himself (Sunil Dhown of IRD Homes) and IRD Homes (which Sunil Dhown of IRD Homes is in some way related).
hmm, nice, would be a good grammar exercise in using personal pronouns :)
  • Maybe we could get it onto the English curriculum in Primary Schools. Sunil Dhown and IRD Homes will be famous, I'm sure Sunil Dhown and IRD Homes will be happy that Sunil Dhown and IRD Homes would be helping primary school children with their English.

Maybe said primary school children could be given the opportunity to let a property from Sunil Dhown and IRD Homes if they do well.

Slow moderators, failing to delete this obvious self-promotion.
