Elsewhere on the internet, another moneysaver suggested that he was dealing with Sunny/Sunil/Sunhils wife ?

Has anyone got any idea what her name is , and what sort of lady she is?

Lynz - let's hope that people see from their website that this "aggressive" Letting Agent ( not my phrasing, tis their own) has some fine methods for arriving at the promised " Income enhancement - Bi-annually and annually" for LLs

The outgoing Ts will of course co-operate fully with viewings, having been served with their Notice but not to worry, if you're a LL, because IRD says their focus is on "nil void periods", as well as achieving the promised "income enhancement"

I do hope IRD don't !!!! up their dates when serving their "necessary 60 day notice"

Really? Just goes to show you really need to read the small print when you're renting from IRD Homes Lettings Agents in conjuction with Sunhil Dhown or Sunil Dhown or Sunny Dhown.

Oh TBS! To think that IRD homes wouldn't get thier dates right! Come on now, its fairly clear that this company is professional to the letter and Im sure wouldnt dream of conning tenants out of their rights :rotfl:

Im sure of course all tenants would comply with viewing requests, after all, I would! I would love to take the opportunity to showcase the wonderful property and to boost IRD Homes/ SUNIL DHOWNs fantastic business model and to promote their wonderful landlords and the fact they have had the ability to live in a new build box flat that were so well maintained and paid for the wonderful privilege

I wonder how Richard Elby of IRD Homes feels about being associated with someone as brilliantly adept at business as Sunil Dhown of IRD Homes.
