For the record...
I rented a lovely 2 bed apartment from Mr Sunil Dhown in a property managed by IRD Homes their service was excellent, in fact when I left the property after the inventory was carried out, I received my total deposit back of £600 with an extra bonus of £150 for taking good care of the property.
I have now bought a nice little studio flat...

That sounds like a story that actually definitely happened :rotfl:0 -
would that be a padded cell by any chance ? now why would someone who had had such great dealings with Sunil Dhown need one of those ?0

Where did you say IRD and Sunhil Dhown / Sunil Dhown have properties for rent? Kingston, was it? University town. Plenty of Student Lets.
IRD Homes you say? I've heard they have properties for rent in Kingston. You need to speak to Sunhil Dhown I think."If you think it's expensive to hire a professional to do the job, wait until you hire an amateur." -- Red Adair0 -

Just a quick bump for Sunil Dhown and IRD Homes - we'd slipped off the first page of the forum and I wouldn't want Sunil Dhown or IRD Homes to feel we didn't love them anymore.0

we have less than 24 hours to get another 2 pages of this thread up and running (book-wise that is !! ).. i wonder if Sunhil Dhown will come here and thank us for complimenting his marvellous company IRD ?
Is that the prize that if we get to x amount of pages Sunil Dhown will be on here to Thank Us? Maybe we wll get a first months rent free voucher to use at IRD Homes :TDon't Panic - and carry a towel

The rent has gone up, now available to rent for £1300 a month.

I also think it is in no way disingenious of Sunhil Dhown of IRD homes to use the outside picture of a 4 bedroom house for a 2 bed flat.
