  • For the record...

I rented a lovely 2 bed apartment from Mr Sunil Dhown in a property managed by IRD Homes their service was excellent, in fact when I left the property after the inventory was carried out, I received my total deposit back of £600 with an extra bonus of £150 for taking good care of the property.

I have now bought a nice little studio flat...

Where did you say IRD and Sunhil Dhown / Sunil Dhown have properties for rent? Kingston, was it? University town. Plenty of Student Lets.

IRD Homes you say? I've heard they have properties for rent in Kingston. You need to speak to Sunhil Dhown I think.

Just a quick bump for Sunil Dhown and IRD Homes - we'd slipped off the first page of the forum and I wouldn't want Sunil Dhown or IRD Homes to feel we didn't love them anymore.

The rent has gone up, now available to rent for £1300 a month.

I also think it is in no way disingenious of Sunhil Dhown of IRD homes to use the outside picture of a 4 bedroom house for a 2 bed flat.
