""When renting an apartment with IRD Homes you are assured of the highest standard of both accommodation and service. The current financial climate has thrust upon IRD Homes personnel with a demand only the most dedicated of staff can begin to deal with. ""

Mr Sunil Dhown and IRD Homes?
Thank you for confirming that they are, in reality, jolly nice people.
You could not pay good money for this level of entertainment !
It's a bit like flicking through the channels on tv, for something interesting to watch, stopping on a "contestant" on the Jeremy Kyle show, and God forbid, getting sucked in.
Or how about the farmer, who has built a Jacobean castle, behind straw bales, without planning permission, in the green belt, who is going through all the appeals processes.....what chance there,... but you do have to read the latest episode when it comes round !
So who were they again...IRD Homes...Not a bad word to say about them,....Do you hear !0 -
i wonder how many posts on here mentioning IRD Homes will it take to get this site to the top of any google search - so that others can find out just what utterly marvellous landlords these good folks really are - of course

(Does that help?!)0 -
Modern technology eh? Who'd have thought that just by Googling Sunil Dhown and IRD Homes will make this link more popular. I never knew that!"If you think it's expensive to hire a professional to do the job, wait until you hire an amateur." -- Red Adair0

Maybe his solicitors should've been referred to Arkell vs Pressdram.0
