    So, back to the OP.

There's now a whole thread on one of the top 1000 websites in the world saying how Mr Sunil Dhown and his property managed by IRD Homes are fab.

This information on such a respected site will surely make
Mr Sunil Dhown and his property managed by IRD Homes a massive difference to their businesses.

Be careful for what you wish for ... in case you get it.

    Thank you
Mr Sunil Dhown and IRD Homes for enabling the OP to express his real opinion.... I am sure any reader is in no doubt now how respectable you are.

I would imagine that what the OP orginally posted was the standard ramblings of a disgruntled tenant in the heat of the moment, that under the cold light of day were prehaps a bit unfair to the LL.

Why the LL insisted on a retraction rather than just deletion of the original thread is beyond me. Who would have noticed if the original thread was quitely deleted? Instead they now have highlighted that they had a problem with a former tenant. This is surely going to make any future tenants wary of the LL (in all likely hood unnecessarily)

    Amazing.

I'll certainly be keeping an eye out for rental properties from this landlord, sounds right up my street.

Another marvellous service which this pair offer is a great way to get rid of a car for free by storing it in their underground carpark without use of the car lift..... brilliant service... some landlords just want to go the extra mile to help their tenants dont they !!!

Maybe other Ts who have posted of their difficulties are "perhaps a bit unfair" too : there are other mentions on this Board & elsewhere.

Erm, the fact that few, if any, would have noticed a simple thread deletion is exactly the point. People often remember names from particular threads, so "highlight the name with a retraction and all will be well"......;)
