Im confused by the fact that Sunhil Dhown/ SUNIL Dhown and RD Lettings rightmove page call themselves " new and aggressive letting agency"

I for one hope that none of the tenants which inhabit any of these wonderful properties have any reason to agree that the agency, RD lettings Are aggressive.

Indeed, from what Ive read, they seem really really pleasant and anything other than aggressive.

Sunny Dhown, ( Sunil Dhown or any spelling of Sunhil dhown / down) puts me in mind of that old Gordon Lightfoot song

"Sun Dhown, you better beware, If I find you been creepin round my back stair..."

I of course expect that none of RD lettings or Sunhil/ Sunny/ Sonny/ Sunil Dhown/down would dream of intimidating their tenants by "creepin round" any "back stair" or of course interfere with the quiet enjoyment of any of their tenants in any of the properties that they let

After all I wouldn't want anyone to think that they are intimidating in any way as they sound like such a great company and of course, are 100% above board and work to the highest standards from the accounts I have read.

On a googlesearch I have just done, it seems that this post hasnt identified IRD as LETTING AGENTS

IRD are Letting agents, lets make sure we are crystal clear on that!

All I know is that its vitally important that Sunhil /Sunil/ Suny/ Dhown/ Down/ and IRD lettings/ IRDHOMES/ IRDhomes and its many different spellings are recognised should anyone be looking for a

Then they can see IRD HOMES and Sunny/SUNHIL/ SUNIL DOWN/ DHOWN have only the strongest reputation in the business. Indeed the internet is so good for making sure we share information about the best ( and worst!!!!) in the business It maintains standards, something that IM sure IRD lettings like, the maintenance of high standards.

After all clutton, you well know how competitive it is out there in lettings and only the best survive, thats why this thread wil lbe so useful for prospective clients of IRD LETTINGS/ PROPERTY

There is also a reference to a chap called RICHARD EBLY, who seems to be part of the committed team ar IRD lettings/ iRD I am not sure whom he is, but im sure hes a great guy with only the highest standards in the letting of properties in any of the above areas.

So if any moneysavers are looking for true property professionals, Im sure this thread will give them all they need to know about this company IRD and Sunil/ Sunny Dhown.
