you don't have to go in immeditately, I think that you can go the next time you go into Asda to shop..or you can write them a letter to complain to the HQ with a copy of your reciept (don't forget to photocopy it) and ask them to refund them on a giftcard..if they do this..they might give u more than orginal mistake... :dance:smile everyday...cos its free

I think you need to start meal planning and then shop for the meals. Even with a few cans of beers (you shouldn't be drinking everynight;) ) and some choccie you should be able to spend under £100 per week. I know nappies push up expense but its easily do-able.
I often wonder what cashiers make of my shopping basket in the supermarkets as it rarely contains fruit and veg. I prefer the quality and price of my local market for these but to them I suppose it looks like we don't eat any. No wonder Tescos are always sending me bonus vouchers for fruit and veg.
I think it is no one else's business what anyone spends on food a week - if they have the money then its up to them how they spend it!
Incidentally, I buy a huge amount of fruit and veg a week (40 bananas at least) and its costs a fortune (I don't buy ready meals and my weekly bills is still quite high), healthy food can cost as much as the junk stuff.0 -

My mother spends about £300 a week on a pure food shop but she does have 8 mouths to feed. I spend about £125 and I have 4 mouths! food is an expensive game but if I got charged £77 for a turkey (in august..!!) I would kick off big time! This may be a test for the cashier but this should NOT be done at the expense of the customer!!!!!! EVER!!!

I do the same when I am standing behind someone in a checkout. I love to see what people are buying - how sad is that?0
