MOTM when we bought our car from the fiat garage it was second hand and they sorted OH out with their insurance which lasts 24 hours I think, then we had to get our own.

    Congrats Pigpen.

I am using a new laptop OH got me its hard to get used to lol, its a touch screen and the screen swivels, but the mouse pad is also very sensitive and it sometimes moves the mouse if you hover your hand too close to it lol

Well e has just fallen asleep in his swing, so looks like I will be going to the later SW class today, I better ring MIL cos she usually has E while I am there.

Thankfully we have a sunny day today and I can get E's bouncer cover out on the line after the poo explosion yesterday

Sounds like another option to get the car home ASAP. Would be no harm in buying in the next day or two and going to collect on Monday if need be. Need to find a car we all like first though. Also would have to insure so Lucy was on the policy.

New laptop sounds nice. I hate things that sensitive. My phone is like that and it annoys me greatly. You'll get used to it in time :)

    Was 8am originally...

Have people officially left? Hopefully not for bad reasons. I saw ags and Tara's reasons, but other than that I hope people have left on amicable terms. Ideally ags and Tara will return as all are welcome - it says as such in the first post of this thread.

    How is William today?

Mooki, Fattybooboo, Boogelly, Harley – lovely to see you.
Congrats Pigpen – if you’re getting any time to lurk!
GISI – if you’re Odeon voucher is still available we’d like it. L & I want to go and see Toy Story at some point. We were supposed to go yesterday but we went crabbing with her friend & Mum and had a brilliant time, although the girls screamed like girls every time they caught one. Days out are so much better when they’re free. :money:
Bruno & Mrs Bruno – Congratulations!, & welcome to the world of pinkness. Girls are lovely, honest. (Until they’re teenagers!) Have you told E it’s a girl? Actually, does he understand that girls & boys are different? I’m rubbish at remembering when children understand these things – I remember L being very young, and thinking that everyone was the same, but sometimes the willy fell off and she was one of those ones. She had seen a very young baby with the cord still on and thought that was the bit that either fell off or didn't, making you a girl or boy. :o
SS – i really wouldn’t worry about Miss Molly talking, they’re all different. L spoke in sentences really, really early (and has never stopped since!). V babbles a lot, but there only a few recognisable words.
    And  at OH!
OH p’d me off on Monday and i’ve only spoken to him when necessary since. I was just thinking about it, and I can’t remember why i’m sulking. :o
HAPPY BIRTHDAY ELIJAH & CHRISTOPHER. :T

just a quick one as i should be getting Charlie ready, MOTM if the car is registered in Lucys name and you have fully comp insurance with the being able to drive another car then you will be ok to drive it home.
However if its registered in your name your insurance policy will not cover you??? strange i know lol!
will be back once the monkey is on the bus!
What's for you won't go past you

    Minehead...nice.

    Enjoy the mother/baby time :)

Signing off.....breakfast is over and I need to wash/clean up whilst Lucy goes to work to finalise everything, then she's a free woman (at least from there ;) )

    Have a good day

OMG some really nasty biting insects about, I have three massive bites on my shoulder, one horrendous one right on the point of my elbow and ONE IN THE MIDDLE OF MY FOREHEAD. ARRRGGGHHHHHHH.

Right. Off to the office and then to my counselling appointment. Gah.

Edit: Thanks 3, I missed your post there for some reason. I generally don't worry about baby stuff - I've never met an adult who didn't grow teeth and she's clearly mobile/verbal but not walking/recognisably talking much yet. I think Mooki's Leila just made me panic a bit because she's clearly Super Baby :rotfl:

Husband has promised to clean the kitchen and he made me a cup of tea this morning but I'm really upset by the way he behaved yesterday and we'll need to find time to sit down and talk about it. I hate that because I always feel like I'm nagging - and nothing ever changes anyway.
