    Gill did the fairies arrive?

Yes they came yesterday Maz thankyou :j
I'm sorry I thought I had posted that yesterday but it appears I didn't :o

RE AF I think they should make it more known that Breast Feeding keeps her away as I'm sure it would be a huge incentive for some people lol

SJ - glad Alfie's eating is going well. You'll have that HV eating her words next time you go to be weighed lol. I'm glad to see it is a Sophie giraffe you were referring to on FB, I'd have looked a bit silly if Alfie had a cousin called Sophie who you were seeing tomorrow :rotfl:

Mum and Dad have said they would like to have T over night when we go to a wedding in October :j I was worried about putting on them and we were going to go home afterwards but they have reassured me they (Mum inparticular!) will love to have him. I'm looking for hotels in Lancaster if anyone can reccommend any/knows of any cheap ones! I'm so excited coz it's one of my oldest friends and now I'll be able to get drunk

Gill my mum has had A stay over twice now and I think she would like it to be a weekly thing  as she likes his smiley face when he wakes up in the morning :D

Has anyone seen this about Gisele apologising? Her last comment in this article made me almost as mad as the first comments she made! So everyone is supposed to HAVE to bf for 6 months, but she gave up because "I can't be sitting in Starbucks and breastfeeding because they [photographers] are taking pictures." Eh? So everyone should bf but stay at home all day long to do it so nobody sees. Silly cow. Not to mention the fact that you are a model, so obviously don;t mind having your picture taken, and as you seem to think bf is so important surely it'd be good to have your pic taken while bf, no?

On a similar vein, did anyone see that interview from Chanelle offof Big Brother? She said she's expressing and bottle feeding because she's had some problems but also she doesn't want to be out and have people see her boobs. Eh?! YOU'RE A GLAMOUR MODEL!

Hmmm playing devil's advocate a bit here but do you think a lot of what she wanted to say was lost in translation? Ie it should be the law because that would have made it easier for her to continue.

Oh no. Is that supposed to mean Sexy Mummies?! Does anyone else who reads things like "I weaned at 5 weeks" just instantly disbelieve them or am I too sceptical?

I was a bit sceptical too, lot's of people were saying 6 months is current guidelines too but other people were quite adamant they were ok to start much, much earlier. And yep, it's meant to be Sexy Mummies. I should really delete her off fb, she's the sort of person who always has a drama going on and the status updates are like car crash tv. You don't want to look but you just can't help yourself :o

Gill thats great that your parents will have T overnight :)

Maz it sounds like Henry is really doing well (bar wanting to flush his pants away!) with the toilet training.

I noticed on the preg thread earlier there's another Isla just been born :D

I like this quote from a gynaecologist:
There are maternal and fetal challenges to breastfeeding.
It certainly would be challenging to breastfeed a "fetus" since it would still be inside.
Any question, comment or opinion is not intended to be criticism of anyone else.
