I noticed on the preg thread earlier there's another Isla just been born
Thanks it just seems to have clicked with him the last few days, they are gonna be so shocked in nursery tomorrow. OH reckons wont be long before we can try no nappy nights...I'm more cautious

Hmmm playing devil's advocate a bit here but do you think a lot of what she wanted to say was lost in translation? Ie it should be the law because that would have made it easier for her to continue.
I'm not sure. I didn't get the impression the two things were linked in that way. Never get the full story through the media though do you? :Rolleyes:boogellyboo wrote: »I was a bit sceptical too, lot's of people were saying 6 months is current guidelines too but other people were quite adamant they were ok to start much, much earlier. And yep, it's meant to be Sexy Mummies. I should really delete her off fb, she's the sort of person who always has a drama going on and the status updates are like car crash tv. You don't want to look but you just can't help yourself
Gill thats great that your parents will have T overnight

I didn't see that maz, it was early hours of this morning I was lurking on my phone as I couldn't sleep. I'd seen a post from pigpen saying she didn't think she'd make it to weekend.
Congrats Pigpen :jBelly Monkey arrived 19.11.09 :j0 -

All you lot with November babies have scared me away! Erin still isn't eating much, loads goes in her mouth but just falls out later- sometimes much later! But in general I know she is fine so not too worried.Mum to DD born Oct 2009

Jenny it's only the last fortnight it's really clicked with Isla, lots is still on the floor and some meals I think it would have been easier to scatter it there myself from the start as nothing goes in! Breakfast is normally a winner, dinner is hit and miss and as daddy is here at tea time it's often ignored to grin/gurn at her daddy.
I'm off too ladies, night all.Belly Monkey arrived 19.11.09 :j0 -
Thanks Boo, Erin doesn't do breakfast or lunch it's only dinner she will attempt which I find strange as my favourite meal is breakfast. It's really depressing sometimes seeing the amount of food wasted on the floor but at least at dinner most of it gets played, sometimes at breakfast she wont even touch it. Had some success with scrambled eggs the other day and spaghetti bolognese yesterday - we keep tryingEvansangel wrote: »Am on my phone catching up, so this hopefully will be short. Aless, Lily sleeps from 8pm, but we take her upto bed with us at 10. She sleeps in her rocker chair in its laying flat position.
Som, im hopefully starting driving lessons when our deposit comes back.
Bruno, good luck for your scan today! Hope baby opens its legs for you :rotfl:
Happy birthday to Miss Molly, Becles and Amelie
Going out soon with Lilys cousin, so 'see' you all later.
Just to reasure you EA, Erin used to stay with us in the evenings until she was about 5 months. She would feed lots and generally settle for the night herself around 10pm and we were fine having her with us so it wasn't a problem. As she got older we wanted the evening to ourselves more and we felt she needed more sleep so we started putting her to bed earlier but have found 9pm to be the optimum to have her asleep by but then we are night owls in noo landso just do whatever works for you.
