Bruno's idea is good if the only thing you wanted was a refund... But I think the fact everything else upset you so much it warrants a mention... I'd go with Sugar's suggestions...

I thought the questionnaire was wholly inappropriate TBH. I am not sure what they are trying to acheive and have provided feedback stating so.I just took some photos of my boobies for the dispelling myths thing (proving BFing doesn't make them saggy) but was not amused with how bad they looked
I need to take them in the afternoon when they've not been used for 7hrs not after they've been drained me thinks
Sorry but :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:To be honest 3, if the main thing you want to achieve through the letter is a refund and an admission that they were in the wrong, I wouldn't write a letter like that.
By giving them the full version of events in writing from your point of view, you're a) making the letter very long, b) giving them the opportunity to derail the discussion by arguing the toss on minor individual points.
I'd be writing something more covering
* Have tried to contact you in ways X and Y but have been ignored
* Very angry at my family's treatment at your holiday and require a full refund
* Emotional damage done to me and my family including my autistic son through your intolerance and incompetent staff
* 14 hours driving, the return leg of which with sobbing children in great distress
* Total cost to me £1200 plus £100 petrol costs
* Asking Trading Standards (/whichever other appropriate media/legal type threat) to take this on as a case by Friday if I have not received full satisfaction
* Full details of your screw-ups below:
then break out the things they did wrong, probably into bullets, with as little subjective stuff as possible to avoid giving them items to challenge.
The reasons I'd do it this way are - shorter letter more likely to be read in entirety; longer letter gives them more to challenge; more business-like is probably better when you are going for a business result (refund/etc). If it was a complaint where you wanted them to improve their services/penalise their staff or the like, emotive is good, but I think this is more on the refund side?
Allll that said, I have no reason to "know best" on this and as we are different people it seems fair that we would write different lettersI see most people felt your letter was roughly right so I am probably just wrong
good luck getting a response!
Thanks Bruno - I agree completely.
3 - can I offer to re-write for youfeel free to tell me to p1ddle off!!
Krystal - I disagree. Stage 1 is to obtain a full refund. Stage 2 is to trash them and expose them as the charlatans that they clearly are.please listen to MFD - she is a wise womanProud Mummy to the gorgeous Benjamin John born 14 March 2009, 8lbs 14ozA new little seedling on the way, due 30 September 20120 -
I've blatently stolen SS's bit and changed it to;
It’s outrageous that someone supposedly experienced in autism, would get into the personal space of a vulnerable child while his parents aren't around to make him feel safe. If this incident is the reason we were asked to leave, this was caused your staff member violating a basic principle of things you don't do with children with autism, and had I known my son's well-being would be placed at risk by someone's ill-informed behaviour I'd never have put him in that position.
MFD - if you have time. Shall I PM you my latest draft which has now been spell checked and fiddled with slightly.
Scrap that - it's too big for a PM.
I was going to print my version and a Bruno version and get OH/Mum to vote.:beer:0 -
Right dr says she thinks it is chickenpox so whats the interval between nurafen and calpol.... can someone remind me please....Mum to 2 lovely boys who keep me busy.0

Oh no Maz, chicken pox! How annoying. Can't help with intervals, but there's loads of stuff over the last few pages about things to do to stop littlies feeling quite as miserable.Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76

Maz Are they 4 hours between each one? So you can have one, then the other after 2 hours and so on?
Sami When you take pics this afternoon of your pert boobies, will you be sharing? :rotfl::beer:0 -
It's 4 hours between calpol and 6 hours between ibuprofen... I tend to just give a dose of 1 and then 4 hours later give the other so there's actually an 8hr gap between but if the fever is bad then there's scope to reduce the gap...A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... That way it is continuous throughout the day with a double dose at bedtime and I can tick off as I give it so I don't forget and either miss one/overdose them!!! Obviously the times may change, depending on bedtime/waking time of the child;)Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot,
Nothing is going to get better. It's not.0 -

Hmm so just been to get Alfie weighed, he's dropped another centile so is on 2nd now after being above 25th for the first couple of months. HV was saying there was an issue with this so can I introduce another feed. If I feed him when he's not hungry he's just sick so not sure if I can do that really. I did mention that thsi was a FF chart so she got a BF chart and he'd still dropped to 2nd centile on that.
She asked if I was holding on until 6 months to wean, so I said yes. She then said she thought I could start any time as he is probably ready, and once I do start he'll probably get back up to "where he should be" on the charts. I didn't mention I was going to do BLW so he probably won't actually eat anything for some time yet as I didn't think it was worth the hassle.0
