The local radio got hold of 'them' and they've said that they can't comment at the moment as their is a refund dispute ongoing. Ongoing like they've not even bothered to reply to me yet!

I'm not sure if I need to be looking at the legal route? How long should I give it for them to reply to me?
I would wait a week from when you first told them you wanted a refund and then send them a letter outlining why you expect a refund ideally quoting some legal stuff about why you should get one. Give them a deadline by which you should have the refund and tell them that if you haven't received it by whatever date (I'd probably say 14 days as you need to give them "reasonable" time and that shows that you have been reasonable) then you will initiate a claim through the small claims court.

When did everyones babies start sleeping through the night? I know E is still young, but he still wakes up for 2 feeds and knocks back 9oz milk each time, he has about 60oz average a day, I tried him on the hungry baby milk but he didnt take well to it, he still has quite a sensitive belly and we ended up with a mega screamthon and very bad smelly wind again the day after he had it, so he is sticking to the colic milk still
All babies are different - some sleep through fairly early on and others are over one and still not sleeping through. Eventually I think it can get to a point where they are waking up out of habit or for comfort rather than that they are hungry but based on your description of typical feeding routine, it really does sound like he is waking because he is hungry.

MM - aww no lol I am going to see Toy Story on thurs for my birthday

I don't want to put anyone off, Its a great film, I guess it depends how soppy you are, I was blubbing right from the start but it was a bit further in when Millie clicked and thought it was sad. Even the 'Happy Ending' was sad iI thought!

Has anyone else seen it and can offer a more balanced view?

    MFD me too!

Kindof Millie was 15wks Ello was 9months when they started sleeping through regularly, and Ello has stopped sleeping through, since daddy started working away a month ago I don't think she has slept through once.

You won't get your "official" due date until your booking in appointment (with midwife) anyway, and that may change again at the 12 week (dating) scan if there's much difference.
It probably depends who is doing it as to whether they change it too - mine was changed by one day after my scan. Next time I'm not having the dating scan so they won't be able to change it. (But that's not why I'm not having it.)

Lucy is quitting her job as well as she's not happy anymore and she wants to be as happy as can be whilst pregnant, so Thursday, little known to her, we're going shopping for all the art/craft materials she wants to give her something she enjoys whilst she's pregnant.
I don't know whether it matters to you given your land sale (or whether it's too late) but it might be worth checking how long she'd need to stay to be entitled to Maternity Allowance. Maternity Allowance is almost the same as Statutory Maternity Pay but you don't have to have worked for as many weeks during the qualifying period as for SMP.

How come you're not having a 12 week scan Susan?

I lost my job at 10 weeks with Aimee and just scraped by with enough qualifying weeks to get MA...

MOTM you might want to suggest that Lucy gets her Christmas shopping done before she hits the tired phase - if she's due end of March it should be kicking in right in the run up to Christmas :)

I've been tidying the flat again. Still not great but it's getting there.

I second that, William was due a week before Xmas and I made sure that it was done by October at least!!

I'm joining the rest of you ladies as think Henry has chicken pox!! Came home from nursery with 4 spots that looked like gnat bites and now has 8..... first dose of Calpol given and looking out the porridge oats for the bath as we speak !! Whats the cream I need - not calamine I know but cant remember without looking back.
