The twins share, so the spare room is a big storage room. Drawers and wardrobes all around the outside/against the walls, likewise the big landing area.
Girls need alot of clothes....apparently0 -
sounds like you have fantastic plans and it will be great to have an extra pair of hands around in the early weeks! The girls will be an amazing help and you will probably have to ask if you can change/feed baby!!
We are all here to help find all the bargain baby items and helps you with the latest 'gadgets' lol
MFD fantastic news on both the interview and weight loss!!!!

Just reading back to this morning. There have been many things said on here that are judgemental, off hand I can think of a few. There are also some people who do it more than others. I tend to read those posts with a pinch of salt. There's also some folk who in real life I'd honestly avoid, but if I want to stay on this thread, I tend to just not read what they type. We are a judgemenatl lot, it's part and parcel of having so many parents in one place.
I don't know what happened with Fitz, but I can imagine. Sometimes we all have to just bite our tounges. Or fingers, and ignore posts we don't like. If I said what I really thought I'd have been lynched long ago. Live and live eh?0 -

I like that idea. We want them to be as involved as possible and that would be something they can do each week to get involved. We'll include them in all the lists etc. I didn't even need to ask Lucy if it was okay to get them involved as she suggested it. She's really fit in and although they call her 'Lucy' they have grown so attached to her, she is in all but name a Mother to them and even in a few months, the girls have grown as people because of it, I believe.
That's really nice to hear.
And re. buying stuff, I bought loads of stuff early on, had the pram in the house before the baby, had a big stockpile of nappies and clothes etc and I wasn't bothered by the "rules". Each to their own I say, and if you fancy buying anything early then just do it!
Gill what a nightmare with T's jabs, bless him. Hope he is ok after calpol and cuddles.
My jenga cupboard is tidy now! Woohoo! Might go pop a cake in the oven now as Alfie is napping and DH has gone out to football (again, )0 -
Hi all, just in the process of catching up but thought I'd better post now or it will be bedtime!! I really hope fitzio and glam come back too. I tend to be away from the thread for most of the day and only come on at night or some days, and not always posting that much by the time Ive caught up, so I don't consider myself enough of a regular poster, but I take so much from what you all post even if I don't comment on it. The amount of times I hear myself saying to my mum friends 'on my forum I learnt that...'
Had a nice day round a mum friends with another friend and all 3 babies, sat T in her garden swing, he loved it , I NEED one, lol!!Baby Toby born 17th Nov 09 :j0 -
