M&S card new offer

Hey,
Im 18 and work at M&S during weekends. I dont know much about the and more card as I dont work on the tills and am therefore unable to offer customers to sign Up.
I love M&S and spend ££ loads there. I applied for the M&S &more card and got the paper work signed and sent back.
Does anyone who has a &more card know how the points system works? How much do you have to spend to get one point and how much is one point worth?0 -

Have a look at the M&S Web Site .
It looks like 1 point for every £ you spend and M&S and 1 point for every £2 you spend elsewhere, with 100 points = £1 off

Wondered if anyone's heard yet about their credit limit? Just got my email through to say I've been approved for one of these and I'm waiting for the paperwork to confirm details of limit. Thing is I need a £5k limit so I just wondered what sort of limits are people being offered?0 -
BusinessStudent, you get 1 point for every £1 you spend at M&S and 1 point for every £2 you spend elsewhere. 100 points = £1 off.
From time to time M&S will send you offers for bonus points if you buy certain things or money off vouchers. Sometimes the bonus points will be an offer like, spend £20 or more on Food and get double/triple points when you use your card, I have had a few 'get 10x points' though.
One of the last bonus offers they were offering was 'buy 5 greeting cards and get 100 bonus points'. Seeing as there are loads of nice cards that are £1, buy 5 and that is £5, but use your staff discount and it costs you £4. So for £4, you have 5 greetings cards (usually birthday cards sold mainly) and 100 points which is £1 towards your shopping.
Hope thats clear.0 -

I know the usual advice that Martin gives that you don't put purchases on a balance transfer card but looking at the allocation of payments it looks like the interest generating BT is paid before the 0% purchases are. Am I missing something or is there a stooze angle here?0

I received the same reply by email and was successful in my application. Didn't hear anything else by email - got a letter through the snail mail.0 -
