Oh my goodness, please tell me you're out NOW.
Call the police, tell them everything, tell them this is your only opportunity, they will hopefully ensure you are able to leave safely, and will be able to ensure a safe place for you to go to.
If you can't do that, call somebody, anybody, a relative, a friend, even an old friend you've not seen for years, someone will help you.
Please, if you're not out yet, get out, take your child and whatever you can carry and go to someone or to the police station.
Even if you don't want to press charges, the police now have powers to prosecute without you, once they've seen your injuries, they'll ensure your safety.
GET OUT.I ave a dodgy H, so sometimes I will sound dead common, on occasion dead stupid and rarely, pig ignorant. Sometimes I may be these things, but I will always blame it on my dodgy H.
Sorry, I'm a bit of a grumble weed today, no offence intended ... well it might be, but I'll be sorry.0 -

What you mean? Bearing in mind that she will have been out of her mind with fear and the adrenaline would have been pumping through her veins...0 -

OP said she was phoning but then said in another post that he had taken both (his and hers) phones - how can she phone out or receive calls if he has hers and there is no landline??!!0 -
Both phones are meaning his and hers
In the other quotes you quoted, she is referring to her phone only.
"he took both phones" i.e he said he was coming back for his phone but took hers as well0 -

She was going to phone from her phone when he was at the pub
He came back early from pub and took his phone away, along with hers
Then she couldn't phone obvs but took the brave decision to leave anyway0 -
That's a pretty strong indication that we aren't getting the whole truth, even if she is genuinely at risk. But let's face it, you would have to be pretty sick attention seeker to make this stuff up.
Let's hope it is pretend - noone wants people to be in this situation.
And if she's real- let's hope she's safe.0 -

I doubt it's fake to be honest, and if it is, frustrating but I'd rather make sure she knows what to do and has help behind her rather than we write her off as fake and she is genuine...
I'm in Ayrshire too sweetie... PM me if you need anything at all.♫ Nobody's Perfect ♫0 -
I'm just reading this thread now and I truly hope you are out of the house and somewhere safe and sound with your little girl.
Your future starts today. It won't be easy but you can do. I wish you every success to rebuild your life, really I doPenny0 -
Hopefully the OP is out & safe, in case this thread gets seen by anyone else in this situation. You can also go to your local Council offices, you will need the homeless department, if you can get to them. They will ensure that you are safe while they locate a hostel place for you. They will also give you a ticket to get there & as a safeguard you won't be told the address of the refuge. Usually someone collects you from the station, to ensure the safety of everyone there.
If you only have a small window of opportunity in which to get yourself to safety & no transport you can of course call the police. Most police forces have DV liasion officers, if you are able to contact them before hand they can help.
Walking out of that door is probably the hardest & bravest thing that you will do. There are lots of people trained & able to give you the support & help you need.0 -
