How will we travel to the refuge?
When space has been found at a refuge, the refuge workers will help you make arrangements to travel to it (see case study). Some refuge organisations may be able to arrange for someone to meet you at a station or contact point. If you have no money for travel, Social Services may be able to give you a 'travel warrant'. This will cover the cost of your transport to the refuge. The refuge workers will help to guide you through the process.

I just found that on their web site so you wont be stuck walking the streets call them now they will help you.

Courage - you have to think of your little one. I hope that you are making the phone call, getting your stuff together - and if necessary, call the police to help you to get out of the house.

    Good luck!

Phone them. No one will force you to leave but they will support the choices that YOU make, and help you to think if you are struggling in your panic. Bless you both, you will get through this.
:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Because these weirdos are your true family.

Have you any money or access to any money?
Mama read so much about the dangers of drinking alcohol and eating chocolate that she immediately gave up reading.

You are not doing anything to her that isnt in her best interest. she has to be safe and so do you. If he has changed so quickly with you what is to say he wont do the same with her one day when he has had enough and cant control himself anymore.
